A Board of Trustees governs Everett Community College. Meetings occur on the third Tuesday of each month and are open to the public.

Oversees Bookstore, Cafe, campus safety, security and parking, facilities and grounds, information technology, and conference services.
Collaborates with regional business and industry to identify education and training needs; serves as a liaison to state and local government; supervises the production of official college events and supervises college communications.
Provides financial support for college programs, services, equipment, scholarships, and capital improvements. The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation.
Plans, develops, implements and evaluates quality instructional programming and services for the college, including supervision of all faculty, staff, and administrators in instructional areas.
Oversees the development of grants and gathering of detailed information on the College through Institutional Research.
Enrollment Services, Oversees Financial Aid, Veterans Affairs, Student Employment Referral Services; Student Activities; Intercollegiate athletics and intramurals; Diversity & Equity Center and Center for Disability Services; Counseling, Advising, and Career Center; Student Support Services Program.
Administered by EvCC, the University Center's mission is to develop and distribute bachelor's and master's degree programs to the region of North Snohomish, Island and Skagit counties. Partner universities offer courses and degree programs through the University Center.
