A Board of Trustees governs Everett Community College. Meetings occur on the second Wednesday of each month and are open to the public.

Oversees accounting, business services, and cashiers; auxiliary services (bookstore; food services, print services & purchasing); campus safety, security and parking; facilities and grounds; information technology; staff services; and conference services &room rentals.
Collaborates with regional business and industry to identify education and training needs; serves as a liaison to state and local government; supervises the production of official college events and supervises college communications.
Oversees College Admissions, Advising, Student Records, Registration, Credential Evaluation, Testing Center, International Student Services, Running Start, Hi-Q, and High School Relations.
Provides financial support for college programs, services, equipment, scholarships, and capital improvements. The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation.
Plans, develops, implements and evaluates human resource and affirmative action goals and practices, including supervision of exempt and classified staff.
Plans, develops, implements and evaluates quality instructional programming and services for the college, including supervision of all faculty, staff, and administrators in instructional areas.
Oversees Financial Aid, Veterans Affairs, Student Employment Referral Services; Student Activities; Intercollegiate athletics and intramurals; Diversity & Equity Center and Center for Disability Services; Counseling, Advising, and Career Center; Student Support Services Program.
Administered by EvCC, the University Center's mission is to develop and distribute bachelor's and master's degree programs to the region of North Snohomish, island and Skagit counties. Partner universities offer courses and degree programs through the University Center.
