Everett Community College is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU) , an accrediting body recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation and the U.S. Department of Education. First accredited in 1948, EvCC’s accreditation was reaffirmed on the basis of a full-scale evaluation in April 2010.

The Everett Community College Corporate & Continuing Education Center is approved by the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) to offer academic clock hours and complies with the Continuing Education Program Approval Standards. Additionally, Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are also available.
