2010 Hall of Fame Inductee - Former Student Athlete
Pat Brady was a standout athlete at Seattle’s O’Dea High School who attended Everett Junior college in 1947 after serving in World War II. As a member of the college’s undefeated championship football team, he was best known for his booming punts, averaging over 40 yards per kick. He continued his collegiate career at the University of Nevada-Reno, where he set an NCAA record with a 99-yard punt in a game against Loyola of California. He played for three years for the Pittsburgh Steelers as their punter before an injury ended his career.
