Celebrating 70 Years of Student Success
Everett Junior College students on the college's opening day, Sept. 8, 1941.
On Sept. 19, 2011, Everett Community College started its 70th academic year.
The college opened in September 1941 with 128 students in a converted elementary school. It was known then as Everett Junior College.
This Fall, EvCC expects to serve about 12,000 students in credit and non-credit classes. In the past seven decades, the college has educated thousands of students in our community. Our alumni include engineers, nurses, teachers, artists, business owners, civic leaders and many others in our community whose success started here.
You are invited to be part of the celebration by sharing your Everett Junior College and Everett Community College memories and photos. Email email@example.com
