Meetings and Events
- Set-up, tear-down, and cleaning services provided by EvCC staff as part of your event package
- Use the 2323 sq. ft. Multipurpose Room as a green room for guests or athletes
- 15 person meeting room available with video conferencing capabilities - doubles as a great hospitality room
Sporting Events
- Men’s, women’s, and varsity locker rooms available.
- Two team rooms on first floor - perfect for small meetings or event storage.
Catering and Banquet Services
- Full service catering is provided exclusively by Lancer Hospitality.
- Banquet tables and seating available for up to 400

State of the art audio, visual, and telecommunications services throughout facility, including: PA system with mic, podium, data projector and screen, television, DVD and much more! **All rooms have FREE Wi-Fi access.**
