Everett Community College Master Plan Information
Master Plan Revisions
The Campus Facilities Master Plan that was approved in 2002 anticipated renovating Monte Cristo Hall and separately replacing Pilchuck and Glacier Halls with a single facility. When these projects were combined, the master plan was impacted. The campus architects suggested several revisions to the 10 year plan (short-term) and the 25 year plan (long-term). The revisions impact future building locations, traffic flow, pedestrian circulation, parking and the creation of a campus "heart" or central space.
