Q. Will the email in the generic account be migrated?
A. We ask that you forward the email from the generic account. If this causes too much trouble, send a request to the help desk and we will look into this.
Q. Can we create our own groups?
Q. I sent an email to a group I'm in but it didn't arrive. Why?
A. When you send an email to a group that you are a member of, Google doesn't send you a copy of the email. This can make it appear to you as if the mail wasn't sent, unless you are aware of this.
