Welcome to the EvCC Computer Labs
Who can use the Open Computer Labs?
All registered EvCC students taking one or more credits have general access to the Open Computer Labs in Shuksan 231, Olympus 127, the Whitehorse MAC labs (as posted), the computers in the Library and the East County Computer labs (Lake Tye Building, room 302) during scheduled hours. An account with a username and password is required to use lab computers. This account is created as part of the class registration process.
All lab users have access to standard lab software, printing, the Internet and Google email. All students who pay a Technology Fee have 15 megabytes of data-storage (G:) on the college network. Students that pay an additional fee for courses that take place in a computerized classroom have 100 megabytes (H:) of space on the college network.
Generally all open labs are closed Sundays, state holidays and between quarters. Signs may be posted, when practical, for special events or other changes that affect the regular schedule.

During regular library hours, networked desktop computers and wireless laptops are available in the library. A limited number of netbooks are also available for quarterly checkout. Go to library computer resources for details. |
