Everett Community College students get a free printing credit of $21 per quarter per student, which equals 420 pages in black and white printing. Color printing is significantly more costly.
This printing credit shows up automatically (when you log in with your EvCC student account) as a popup window for Papercut. The credit lasts until the end of the quarter, as long as you are still enrolled. The credit is reset at the end of each quarter, and does not carry over to the next quarter.
If you use up your quarterly credit you can buy additional printing credit at the Paperclip. You will recieve a card with an activation code on it that you will enter after logging in, which will enable your printing credit.
Papercut automatically keeps track of your printing credit and allows you to check your printing history.
To make copies you need to purchase a copy card from the Bookstore, Library, Paperclip, or the Cashier's Office. The copying cards can be purchased with different amounts of credit, and you can buy additional cards as you need them.
There are several copiers around the campus that let you make self-service copies using a copy card:
- Monte Cristo - Welding Hallway
- Parks 1st Floor - Library
- Parks 2nd Floor - Paperclip
- Parks 3rd Floor - Central Common Area
- Shuksan Hall 2nd Floor- Next to Shuksan 230
