Designated Parking Areas

Designated parking areas are available for staff, students, visitors, motorcycles, State Disabled Parking and staff carpool permits. All areas require a EvCC parking permit to be displayed.

** NOTICE ** The College no longer leases space at the Broadway Center (DSHS building). There is no longer authorized parking for EvCC Staff or students at that location.

Special note on fines for Handicapped Parking Violation

Parking violation tickets may also be issued by the City of Everett for violating disabled parking regulations on campus sites. A violation of disabled regulations is a violation of State Law. City of Everett parking violation tickets are not subject to Everett Community College appeal procedures.
