Student Housing

We are now accepting housing applications for Summer and Fall 2013 quarters. If interested please submit your application. Preferred method is to email housing@everettcc.edu. You may also fax the application to 425-388-9968.

Lona Vista Apartments are fully furnished with new paint, furniture and living supplies! We have one and two bedroom units with the follwoing floor plan options:

• 2-person, one bedroom apartment -- the cost is $425 per month per student.
• 3-person, two bedroom apt- own room - The cost is $475 for this single person bedroom. Please note you will be sharing the space with two other students.
• 3-person, two bedroom apartment -- the cost is $425 per month per student for the shared bedroom.

Amenities / Fees

All of our apartments have shared and individual rooms to rent, with a shared living and kitchen space. There will be a damage deposit equal to the first month’s rent along with the first month’s rent due at the time of the lease agreement.

• Students will be billed for PUD costs, and students arrange for their own cable provider and television set.
• High speed Wi-Fi Internet access included in rent.
• Onsite parking for residents included in rent.
• There is a $38 screening fee that must be paid at the time of application by Cashier's Check or Money Order or Credit Card Authorization form (found in the application).
• 9 & 12 month lease terms available

The application packet is made up of three parts. The Application, Credit Card Authorization Form and Student Apartment Preferences Sheet.

• Application - Please note - this is a fill-able form. Please attach an enlarged clear copy of government issued ID (Drivers License, Passport, Student Visa) to application.
• Credit Card Authorization Form - This form allows you to pay for the Application processing fee of $38.00 via credit card. Other forms of payment are cashiers check or money order made payable to Everett Community College. This fee is non-refundable.
• Student Apartment Preferences Sheet - The information contained in this part of the application will help in proper placement into the apartments.
