The Office of Human Resources and Affirmative Action serves as the chief human resources and affirmative action office for the College.  The Associate Vice President of Human Resources / Affirmative Action is responsible for the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of human resource practices and affirmative action goals, consistent with the mission and goals of the college and state and federal guidelines.
