Everett Community College recognizes and affirms the editorial independence and press freedom of all student-edited campus media. The Clipper student newspaper and other student-produced media are therefore designated as public forums.

Responsibilities
Student editors have the authority to make all content decision and consequently bear the responsibility for decisions made.
