  • 5/26 Baseball will face the Chukars of TVCC - In the first game of the 2016 NWAC Baseball Championship Tournament, the Trojans will face the Treasure Valley CC Chukars at 9:35am. Treasure Valley won the Eastern Regional Tournament over the weekend of May 20th - 22nd. The Championship Tourmament is a true double elimination tournament that will be at Lower Columbia College's David Story Field on May 26th - May 30th in Longview, WA. On their win they will face either Chemeketa CC Storm or Yakima Valley CC Yaks at either 9:35am or 4:35pm on Friday, May 27th. Directions to LCC are under the directions link to the right.
     
  • Softball lose two an out at Championships 5/20 - The Women's Softball Team made it to the 2016 NWAC Championship Tournament at Delta Park in Portland, OR. The tournament started on May 20th and goes to May 23rd. The Trojans went into the tournament as the #11 seeded team. They faced the Red Devils of Lower Columbia College at 10:00am on the 20th. Though it was a close game and went 8 innings, LCC was able to score in the 8th to get the "W" 3-2. The Red Devils winning pitcher was Bailey Ellis and the Trojans losing pitcher was Riley Thomas. Everett had 2 runs, 7 hits and 0 errors with Lower Columbia having 3 runs, 11 hits and 1 error. For EvCC ~ Rylee Thomas had a double and 1 RBI & CJ Shaver had 1 RBI.  That loss sent the Trojans to the loser bracket, where they faced the Wenatchee Valley College Knights at 2:00pm on the 20th in a loser out game. This also was a close game with the Trojans leading 3-2 until the bottom of the 6th, when the Knights scored 3. In the top of the 7th, the Trojans added 1, but it wasn't enough - WVC won 5-4. The winning pitcher was Karly Malcolm for WVC and the losing pitcher was Riley Thomas for EvCC. Everett had 4 runs, 9 hits and 2 errors and WVC had 5 runs, 10 hits and 3 errors. For Everett ~ CJ Shaver & Sarah Dipietro each had a double and Anya Predojevic had 3 RBI's. Everett finishes the 2016 season 9-11 in league and 16-22 overall.
     
  • Baseball are Northern Region Champions!! - With the 4 win sweep over Olympic College - the Trojan Men's Baseball Team is the NWAC 2016 Northern Region Champions!!! They will participate in the 2016 NWAC Championship Tournament at Lower Columbia College in Longview, WA on May 26th - 30th. Their first game is 9:35am on the 26th against either Tacoma CC, Clark College or Treasure Valley CC.
     
  • 5/23-5/24 Track & Field at 2016 NWAC Tournament - The Men's & Women's Track & Field Teams will be in Gresham, OR on Monday & Tuesday, May 23rd & 24th to participate in the 2016 NWAC Track & Field Championship Meet. The meet will be hosted by Mt. Hood CC. Events start at 10:00am on both days. Directions to MHCC are under the directions link to the right.
     
  • 5/20-5/23 Softball makes it to 2016 NWAC Tournament - The Trojan Softball Team finishes league play in 4th place iwth a 9-11 league record. Due to their overall 16-22 record, they will participate in the 2016 NWAC Softball Championship Tournament, as the #11 seeded team. The Championships will take place on Friday - Monday, May 20th - May 23rd in Portland, OR at Delta Park. The Trojans will face the Red Devils of Lower Columbia College on Friday, May 20th at 10:00am. Depending on how they do, that will determine when they would play again and who they would play against. Delta Park is located at Owens Sports Complex 10737 N. Union Ct. Portland, OR  97204.
     
  • Baseball Rained Out 5/15 - The Trojans tried to get the Everett Memorial Stadium ready for the league double header with the Rangers of Olympic College on Sunday, May 15th. However, the weather was not cooperating and the games were called due to rain. Make up is set for Tuesday, May 17th, starting at 4:00pm.
     
  • Softball split with Edmonds 5/14 - On Saturday, May 14th, the Trojan Softball Team was in Lynnwood, WA on the campus of Edmonds CC to play the final league games of the 2016 season against the Tritons. The first game started at 12:00pm. The Trojans jumped on the board first, scoring 1 run in the 3rd, adding 1 more in the 4th and 3 in the 5th. In the bottom of the 6th, the Tritons rallied to tie the game at 5-5. In the top of the 7th, Everett scored one and held off Edmonds in the bottom of the 7th to get the 6-5 win. The winning pitcher for Everett was Rylee Thomas and the losing pitcher for Edmonds was Hailey Malakowski. Everett had 6 runs, 12 hits and 1 error and Edmonds had 5 runs, 7 hits and 3 errors. For EvCC ~ Kiana Smith had a double, Rylee Thomas had a double and 1 RBI; Scarlett Nyenhuis had a double and 2 RBI's; CJ Shaver & Aurora Ellison each had 1 RBI.  During the second game, the Tritons scored first with 5 runs in the bottom of the 1st. In the top of the 2nd, Everett scored 6 to take the lead, but Edmonds tied it up at 6-6 in the bottom of the 2nd. In the 4th, Edmonds added 1 and then in the 5th added another 5 runs to make it 12 -6. In the 6th, Everett was only able to add 1 and Edmonds added another 5 to win the game 16-7. Malakowski was Edmonds winning pitcher and Scarlett Nyenhuis was Everett's losing pitcher. Everett had 7 runs, 12 hits and 1 error while Edmonds had 16 runs, 13 hits and 2 errors. For the Trojans - Scarlett Nyenhuis had a double and 2 RBI's; Kiana Smith had a home run and 4 RBI's and CJ Shaver had a stolen base. Everett finishes with a 9-11 league record and with a 16-20 overall record. Edmonds finishes 6-14 in league and 19-17 overall. 
     
  • Baseball starts in Bremerton, but gets rained out 5/14 - The Trojans made the trip to the Kitsap County Fairgrounds to play the Rangers of Olympic College on Saturday, May 14th. They were even able to start the 1st game. In the top of the 2nd, Andrew Ivelia hits a double and teammate Tanner Arrington push bunts him for the Trojans to take the 1-0 lead. In the bottom of the 3rd, with Everett still leading 1-0, the game was delayed due to rain. After a little while, the game was called and set to be made up on Monday, May 16th. The double header will be played at the RAC in Lacey, WA starting at 3:00pm.
     
  • 5/15 Baseball hosts final league games of the season - Sunday, May 15th has the Trojan Baseball Team hosting the Rangers of Olympic College in the final league games of the 2016 season. The double header will be played at the Everett Memorial Stadium - 3802 Broadway, with entrance on the North side. The first game will begin at 1:00pm with the second following about 30 minutes after the end of the first. It is also Sophomore Day for the Trojans and we will take some time to recognize and acknowledge the Trojans 10 sophomores for their dedication to the program, their teammates and the school. Admissions is $5.00 per person 12 years old and up. Current EvCC Students/Staff/Faculty are Free with current EvCC ID - ID must be shown to receive free admission!
     
  • Softball lose both in Canada 5/7 - The Trojan Softball Team was at Softball City in Surrey, BC on Saturday, May 7th to play a league double header with Douglas College. In the first game, there were 19 total hits between the two teams and even though Everett hit 3 home runs, they weren't able to out score the Royals and lost the game 10-4. The winning pitcher for the Royals was Keeley Ainge and the losing pitcher was Rylee Thomas. Everett had 4 runs, 8 hits and 2 errors and Douglas had 10 runs, 11 hits and 0 errors. For EvCC ~ Kiana Smith had 2 home runs and 2 RBI's; Rylee Thomas had 1 home run and 2 RBI's; CJ Shaver had 1 RBI.  In the second game, the Trojans were able to keep the score closer than the first, but alas they weren't able to keep the Royals from our scoring them and they lost 7-4.  Everett had 4 runs, 7 hits and 0 errors while Douglas has 7 runs, 11 hits and 0 errors. The Royals winning pitcher was Michaela Moore and the Trojans losing pitcher was Scarlett Nyenhuis. For Everett - Taryn Salter had a double and 1 RBI; Sarah Dipietro had a home run and 1 RBI; Rylee Thomas had a double; CJ Shaver had 1 RBI. Everett is now 8-8 in league and 15-17 overall and Douglas is 12-4 in league and 21-6 overall.
     
  • 5/14 Baseball plays in Bremerton - On Saturday, May 14th, the Trojan Baseball Team will travel to the Kitsap County Fairgrounds to play a league double header with the Rangers of Olympic College. The first game starts at 1:00pm with the second game starting about 30 minutes after the end of the first.   • 5/14 Softball plays at Edmonds CC - The final league games of the 2016 season will take place in Lynnwood, WA between the Trojan Softball Team and the Triton Softball Team of Edmonds CC on Saturday, May 14th.   • 5/13 Track & Field at N. Region Championships - On Friday, May 13th, the Men's & Women's Track & Field Teams will be at North Mason High School in Belfair, WA to participate in the 2016 Northern Region Championship hosted by Green River CC. Events will start at 3:00pm. North Mason HS is located at 200 E Campus Dr. Belfair, WA  98528.
     
  • Softball splits with Dolphins of Shoreline CC 5/3 - In the league home double header on May 3rd that started at 2:00pm, the Trojan Softball Team hosted the Shoreline CC Dolphins. In the first game, the Trojans got on the board early with 4 runs in the first. The Dolphins trailed 0-4 until the 4th inning when they scored 2 making it 4-2 Everett lead. In the 6th, Everett added on 4 more to win with a score of 8-2. Rylee Thomas was the Trojans winning pitcher and Dakota Green was the Dolphins losing pitcher. Everett had 8 runs, 8 hits and 1 errors and Shoreline had 2 runs, 5 hits and 2 errors. For the Trojans - Abigail Bathues had a double and 3 RBI's; Rylee Thomas had a double and 1 RBI; CJ Shaver had a double; Scarlett Nyenhuis had a home run and 2 RBI's; Kiana Smith had 1 RBI. In the second game, the Dolphins scored 2 in the first and another 2 in the 3rd. The Trojans scored 5 in the 3rd to lead by one. In the 4th, the Dolphins coach disagreed with a call and was tossed from the game and the field due to his foul language. That lit a fire inthe Dolphins and they went on to score 5 in the 4th and another 1 in the 6th to win the game 10-5. Kathryn Goff was the Dolphins winning pitcher and Rylee Thomas was the Trojans losing pitcher. Everett had 5 runs, 7 hits and 0 errors and Shoreline had 10 runs, 17 hits and 4 errors. For Everett - Kiana Smith had a double, a home run and 2 RBI's; Scarlett Nyenhous had a double and 2 RBI's; Aurora Ellison had 1 RBI. Everett is now 8-6 in league and 15-15 overall and Shoreline is 5-7 in league and 11-13 overall.
     
  • 5/10 Trojan Baseball adds non-league games - On Tuesday, May 10th, the Trojan Baseball Team will travel to Longview, WA to play a non-league double header with the Lower Columbia College Red Devils. The first game will start at 5:00pm with the second following about 30 minutes after the end of the first. Both games will be 7 inning games.   • 5/10 Trojan Softball hosts Bellevue in final home league game - On Tuesday, May 10th, the Trojans will host their final league double header of the 2016 season against the Bulldogs of Bellevue College. The games will be played at the Everett Boys & Girls Club - 2316-12th St. Admission is free to all. Come out and support the Trojans and enjoy a free hot dog, chips, Wired/Cascade Ice as is the tradition at the final home games - a free BBQ for Family & Friends. This is also the games that the coaches and freshman will acknowledge the Trojan Sophomores for their hard work and dedication to the school & program these past two years.
     
  • Trojans lose both at Skagit Valley 5/1 - The final two games of the 4 game series with the Cardinals took place on Sunday, May 1st in Mt. Vernon at the Dream Field on Skagit Valley's campus. The first game started at 1:00pm and in the 1st inning, the Cardinals scored one run and then it went 0-0 until the 4th when the Trojans scored their first run, but the Cardinals added 2 more to make it a 3-1 game. In the 5th, Skagit added their final run and in the 9th, the Trojans added their only other run. Skagit won 4-2.  The winning pitcher for the Cardinals was David Stealy with the save recorded by Joe Done. The losing pitcher for the Trojans was Tate Budnick. Everett had 2 runs, 7 hits and 1 error and Skagit Valley had 4 runs, 10 hits and 0 errors. For Everett - Bryce Peterson had 2 doubles; Peyton Cordova-Smith and Bryce Steckler each had a stolen base. In game two, the score was 0-0 until the 3rd inning when both teams scored 2. In the 4th, Everett added on 5 more to make it 7-2, which is stayed until Skagit scored 5 inthe 6th to tie it up again. Then in the 7th, the Cardinals added their final run to make it 8-7 and get the win. Everett had 7 runs, 11 hits and 4 errors and Skagit Valley had 8 runs, 7 hits and 2 errors. Taylor Graham was the Cardinals winning pitcher and the save was recorded again by Done. Nick Hoskins was the Trojans losing pitcher. For the Trojans ~ Aaron Avalos had a double and an RBI; Bryce Steckler had a home run and an RBI; Connor O'Brien & Jacob Prater each had an RBI. Everett is now 9-7 in league and 26-10 overall and Skagit Valley is 14-6 in league and 21-15 overall.

The games will be played at the Everett Memorial Stadium - 3802 Broadway, with entrance on the north side.   • Baseball takes two from Skagit Valley 4/30 - The Trojan Baseball Team hosted the Skagit Valley College on Saturday, April 30th for a league double header. Game one began at 1:00pm and in this game, the Trojans jumped out to an early 3-1 lead after 2nd inning. The Trojans added one on the home run from Peyton Cordova-Smith  in the 6th to lead 4-1. In the top of the 9th, Skagit's Wyatt Segel hits a 3 RBI Home Run to take the lead 4-4. In the bottom of the 9th, Andrew Ivelia for the Trojans hit a walk off RBI single to give the Trojans the 5-4 win. The Trojans winning pitcher was Alex Gray and the Cardinals losing pitcher was Charlie Carmichael. Everett had 5 runs, 12 hits and 0 errors and Skagit Valley had 4 runs, 5 hits and 1 error. For the Trojans ~ Andrew Ivelia had 2 doubles and 1 RBI; Aaron Avalos had a double and an RBI; Tanner Arrington had a double; Peyton Cordova-Smith had a home run and 1 RBI; Bryce Peterson had 1 RBI and a stolen base; Bryce Steckler had 1 RBI. Game two started about 4:00pm and in the bottom of the 1st inning, Everett scored 2 runs, which Skagit Valley tied up in the top of the 2nd inning. Skagit added another run in the 3rd and Everett took back the lead by scoring 2 in the 4th and 3 in the 5th, to make it a 7-3 ball game. Skagit scored one in the 6th and that was how the game ended - Everett won 7-4. Trojan starting pitcher Taylor Shea got the win and Nick Hoskins recorded the save. Cardinals Tyrel Panter was the losing pitcher. Everett had 7 runs, 10 hits and 2 errors while Skagit had 4 runs, 8hits and 1 error. For EvCC ~ Andrew Ivelia, Tanner Arrington & Aaron Avalos each had a double and 1 RBI; Bryce Peterson, Peyton Cordova-Smith & Josh McIntyre each had 1 RBI; Bryce Steckler had 2 stolen bases and Tate Budnick had a stolen base. Everett is now 9-5 in league and 26-8 overall and Skagit Valley is 12-6 in league and 19-15 overall.
     
  • Trojan Softball win at Skagit Valley 4/30 - On Saturday, April 30th, the Cardinals hosted the Trojans in a league softball double header in Mt. Vernon, WA on the campus of Skagit Valley College. The first game began at 12:00pm and in this game, the Trojans were able to out hit and out score the Cardinals to win the game 8-1. The Trojans winning pitcher was Rylee Thomas and the Cardinals losing pitcher was Mallory Kruzich. Everett had 8 runs, 11 hits and 0 errors and Skagit Valley had 1 run, 5 hits and 3 errors. For the game, Aurora Ellison & Anya Predojevic each had a double and 2 RBI's; Taryn Salter & Kiana Smith each had 1 RBI; CJ Shaver had a stolen base.  The second game, still had the Trojans out hitting the Cardinals, but this time the score was a little closer. Everett won 4-0. Scarlett Nyenhuis was the winning pitcher for Everett and Kruzich was the losing pitcher again for Skagit Valley. The Trojans had 4 runs, 13 hits and 0 errors while the Cardinals had 0 runs, 5 hits and 3 errors. For the game - Aurora Ellison had a double and 1 RBI; CJ Shaver had a double and Kiana Smith had 1 RBI. Everett is now 7-5 in league and 14-14 overall and Skagit Valley is now 1-9 in league and 5-15 overall.

The games will be played Softball City which is located at 2201-148th St., Surrey, BC V4A 9P5. The first game will start at 12:00pm with the second game starting about 30 minutes after the end of the first game.
     
  • 5/7 Women's Track & Field at Linfield - The Women's Track & Field Team will travel to McMinnville, OR on Saturday, May 7th to participate in the 2016 Linfield College Open. Events will begin at 10:00am. Linfield College is located at 900 SE Baker St., McMinnville, OR 97128.
     
  • Softball splits with Edmonds CC on 4/26 - Tuesday, April 26th had the Trojan Softball Team hosting the league double header with Edmonds CC Tritons at the Everett Boys & Girls Club. In the first game, the Tritons A. Watson hit a grand slam home run in the top of the 2nd inning. They added 4 more runs during the following 5 innings while the Trojans were only able to score 5. Edmonds won 8-5. In the second game, the Trojans came back with a vengence and outscored the Tritons 5-1 to get the win. No stats have been turned in at this time. Everett is now 5-5 in league and 12-14 overall while Edmonds is 2-8 in league and 15-11 overall.
     
  • 5/3 Softball hosts Shoreline CC - The Trojan Softball Team will host the Dolphins of Shoreline CC on Tuesday, May 3rd. The league double header will be played at the Everett Boys & Girls Club - 2316-12th St. The first game will begin at 2:00pm with the second game beginning about 30 minutes after the end of the first. Admission is free to all.
     
  • Baseball lose single game at Bellevue 4/25 -  Due to the weather, the 4th game of the 4 game series between the Trojans and the Bellevue Bulldogs was played on Monday, April 25th in Bellevue, starting at 4:00pm. The game was scoreless until the bottom of the 5th, when Bellevue scored 5 runs on Everett's 2 errors. The Bulldogs added one more in the bottom of the 7th to make it 6-0. Everett rallied in the top of the 9 with 5 runs but leave the bases loaded. Bellevue wins 6-5. The Bulldogs winning pitcher was Josh Thompson with the save recorded by Cody Anderson. The Trojans losing pitcher was Ryan Sandifer. Everett had 5 runs, 3 hits and 3 errors and Bellevue had 6 runs, 8 hits and 1 error. For EvCC ~ Bryce Peterson had a double and 1 RBI and Josh McIntyre had 1 RBI. Everett is now 7-5 in league and 24-8 overall while Bellevue is 10-2 in league and 27-9 overall.
     
  • ***4/24 Baseball rained out - Sunday's single 9 inning game at Bellevue College between the Trojans and the Bulldogs has been rained out. It will be made up on Monday April 25th at 4:00pm.

  • Trojan Softball lose both at Bellevue 4/23 - The Trojan Softball Team was in Bellevue, WA to play the Bulldogs of Bellevue College for a league double header. The Bulldogs were able to keep the Trojans scoreless in the first game while scoring 9 runs themselves to win the game 9-0. The winning pitcher for Bellevue was Ciera Lockwood and the losing pitcher for Everett was Rylee Thomas. Everett had 0 runs, 4 hits and 0 errors while Bellevue had 9 runs, 7 hits and 0 errors. For EvCC ~ all hits for the Trojans were singles. In the second game, there were 17 total hits and in this game, the Trojans were able to score. However, the Bulldogs were able to score more and won the game 8-3. Everett had 3 runs, 8 hits and 1 error and Bellevue had 8 runs, 9 hits and 1 error. The Bulldogs winning pitcher was Payton Gibbs and the Trojans losing pitcher was Scarlett Nyenhuis. For Everett ~ Anya Predojevic had a home run and 1 RBI; Rylee Thomas & Scarlett Nyenhuis each had 1 RBI. Everett is now 4-4 in league and 11-13 overall and Bellevue is 7-1 in league and 26-5 overall.   • Men's Track & Field Results from CWU 4/23 - The Trojan Men's Track & Field Team were in Ellensburg, WA on Saturday, April 23rd as they were participating in the 2016 Spike Arlt Invitational hosted by Central Washington University. Here are some highlight results: Stephen Dietz took 2nd in the 800m Run with a 2:00.28 time; Kyler Sager took 3rd in the 1500m Run with a time of 4:08.69; Hank Strom took 3rd in the 400m Dash with a time of 51.89; James Jasperson took 5th in the 1500m Run with a time of 4:09.93. The first game had the teams each having 9 hits, but Everett came out on top with runs, winning 6-5 ~ Everett had 6 runs, 9 hits and 2 errors and Bellevue had 5 runs, 9 hits and 0 errors. Taylor Shea was the winning pitcher for the Trojans and Danny Torlai was the Bulldogs losing pitcher. For EvCC ~ Andrew Ivelia had a double and 2 RBI's; Josh McIntyre had a double and a stolen base; Tanner Arrington & Tate Budnick each had 1 RBI and Bryce Peteron had a stolen base. During the second game, the Bulldogs were able to get the lead and keep it through all 9 innings, winning the game with a score of 6-2. Everett had 2 runs, 7 hits and 3 errors and Bellevue had 6 runs, 8 hits and 0 errors. Dominic DeMiero was the winning pitcher for the Bulldogs and Christian Jarnagin was the losing pitcher for the Trojans. For EvCC ~ Andrew Ivelia & Aaron Avalos each had a double and Jake Nelson had 2 RBI's. Everett is now 7-4 in league and 24-7 overall and Bellevue is 9-2 in league and 26-9 overall.
     
  • 4/30 Baseball hosts Skagit Valley College - On Saturday, April 30th, the Cardinals of Skagit Valley College will be in Everett to play the Trojans in a league baseball double header. The games will be played at Everett Memorial Stadium - 3802 Broadway, North Entrance. The first game of the day will begin at 1:00pm with the second game following about 30 minutes after the end of the first. Admission is $5.00 per person 12 years old and up. Current EvCC Students/Staff/Faculty are Free with current EvCC ID - ID must be shown to receive free admission!
     
  • 4/30 Softball plays in Mt. Vernon - The Trojan Softball Team will play the Skagit Valley College Cardinals in Mt. Vernon, WA on Saturday, April 30th. The first game of the league double header will start at 12:00pm. The second game will begin about 30 minutes after the end of the first game.   • 4/30 Men's Track & Field at Mt. Hood CC - On Saturday, April 30th, the Trojan Men's Track & Field Team will be in Gresham, OR on the campus of Mt. Hood CC to participae in the Mt. Hood Track Festival. Events start at 10:00am. Directions to Mt. Hood CC are under the directions link to the right.
     
  • 4/30 Women's Track & Field at WWU - The Women's Track & Field Team will be in Bellingham, WA to participate in the Western Washington University Ralph Vernacchia Twilight Meet. The events will begin at 9:00am on Saturday, April 30th at Civic Stadium which is located at 1355 Civic Field Way, Bellingham, WA 98229. This meet is NOT on WWU campus!
     
  • Baseball wins single game at Bellevue 4/22 - Trojan Baseball beat Bellevue College in a single game in Bellevue - it didn't get rained out on Friday, April 22nd!! They won 16-3! In the bottom of the 1st, Bellevue scored 1 run and another in the bottom of the 2nd. In the 3rd, Everett took the lead by scoring 4 runs. In the bottom of the 4th, Bellevue added their final run. Everett scored 5 runs in the 6th and 7 more in the 9th. Trojan winning pitcher was Alex Gray and the Bulldogs losing pitcher was Cody Anderson. Everett had 16 runs, 16 hits and 1 error and Bellevue had 3 runs, 8 hits and 4 errors. For EvCC ~ Bryce Steckler had a double, a home run and 7 RBI's; Bryce Peterson had a double, 1 RBI and a stolen base; Tate Budnick & Jacob Prater each had a double and 1 RBI; Andrew Ivelia had a triple. Everett is now 6-3 in league and 23-6 overall and Bellevue is 8-1 in league and 25-8 overall.
     
  • ***4/24 Baseball games rescheduled - Due to the weather that could take place over the weekend of April 22nd - 24th, the decision has been made to do a little rearranging of games to try to get all four league games between the Trojans and Bellevue College played. So on Friday, April 22nd, the Trojans will travel to Bellevue to play one game starting at 6:00pm. Then on Saturday, April 23rd, the Trojans will host Bellevue for two games starting at 1:00pm. On Sunday, the Trojans will travel again to Bellevue to one game starting at 1:00pm. If Saturday's games get rained out, they will be played on Monday April 25th at Everett Memorial Stadium. If Saturday's & Sunday's games both get rained out - they will be made up on Monday and Tuesday. If just Sunday's games get rained out they will be played on Monday at Bellevue.
     
  • 4/26 Softball hosts Edmonds CC - The Tritons of Edmonds CC will be at the Everett Boys & Girls Club on Tuesday, April 26th to play the Trojans in a league softball double header. The first game will start at 2:00pm, with the second game following about 30 minutes after the end of the first. The Boys & Girls Club is located at 2316-12th St. North Everett. Admission is free to all.
     
  • Baseball wins two over Douglas College 4/17 - On Sunday, April 17th, the Royals of Douglas College were at Everett Memorial Stadium to play the league baseball double header with the Trojans. The first game only went 7 innings when the 10 run rule went into effect due to the Trojans having the 10 run lead, 13-3. Taylor Shea was the winning pitcher for the Trojans and Scott Doucet was the losing pitcher for the Royals. Everett had 13 runs, 16 hits, and 1 error with Douglas having 3 runs, 8 hits and 1 error. For the Trojans ~ Bryce Peterson had a double, a home run, 2 RBI's and a stolen base; Peyton Cordova-Smith had a double, a home run, & 3 RBI's; Andrew Ivelia had a double and 2 RBI's; Branson Barnecut & Aaron Avalos each had 1 RBI; Bryce Steckler & Mitch Augenstein each had a stolen base. The second game was a 180 degree different than the first. Douglas got out to an early 5-0 lead and Everett chipped away at it. Then on a questionable call at home, Coach Lacey was ejected from the game. That ejection lit a fire under the Trojans. The not only caught up to the Royals, but went ahead. The Royals tied it up again and then the Trojans got a two run lead and in the top of the 9th, the Royals weren't able to score. Everett won 9-7. Lucas Jungman was the Trojans winning pitcher and Ethan Fox was the Royals losing pitcher. Everett had 9 runs, 11 hits and 3 errors while Douglas had 7 runs, 7 hits and 2 errors. For EvCC ~ Bryce Peterson had a triple and 3 RBI's; Bryce Steckler had 1 RBI & a stolen base; Shelby Zorn had 2 RBI's; Jacob Prater had a double and 1 RBI; Andrew Ivelia and Jack Nelson each had 1 RBI. Everett is now 5-3 in league and 22-6 overall and Douglas is 2-10 in league and 5-14 overall.
     
  • Softball goes 1-1 on day 2 of Crossover & 2-2 overall 4/17 - On the second day of the 2016 NWAC Crossover, the Trojan Softball faced the Chokers of Grays Harbor College at 8am on Sunday April 17th. Between the two teams there were 19 hits and the Trojans were able to out score the Chokers 14-3. Everett had 14 runs, 11 hits and 2 errors and Grays Harbor had 3 runs, 8 hits and 2 errors. The winning pitcher for Everett was Rylee Thomas and the losing pitcher for Grays Harbor was Alyssa Satteson. For the Trojans ~ Rylee Thomas had a double, a home run and 6 RBI's; Scarlett Nyenhuis had a triple, 1 RBI and a stolen base; CJ Shaver, Taryn Salter & Anya Predojevic each had 1 RBI; Kiana Smith had a stolen base. After this game, Everett was 4-2 in league and 11-10 overall and Grays Harbor was 0-8 in league and 0-19 overall. The second game for Everett started at 1:20pm and was against the Red Devils of Lower Columbia College. This game was tied 3-3 after regulation 7 innings and stayed that way until the bottom of the 10th inning when Lower Columbia was able to score on a RBI double to win 4-3. Krystina Fischer was the Red Devils winning pitcher and Rylee Thomas was the Trojans losing pitcher. Everett had 3 runs, 6 hits and 4 errors and Lower Columbia had 4 rus, 10 hits and 0 errors. For EvCC ~ Taryn Salter had a double & 2 RBI's and Kiana Smith had 1 RBI. At the end of the weekend, Everett is 4-2 in league and 11-11 overall and Lower Columbia is 6-0 in league and 23-5 overall.

  • Women's Track & Field Results 4/16 - On Saturday, April 16th, the Women's Track & Field Team went to Forest Grove, OR to the campus of Pacific University to take part in the 2016 Pacific Open. Here are some top results from that meet, with full results on the Track & Field page under 2016 Women's results. Alaina Lenway - 1st in 3000m Steeplechase with time of 12:02.53, 15th in 1500m Run with time of 5:06.93; Emily Bland - 2nd in 400m Hurdles with time of 1:04.75 & 4th in 100m Hurdles with a time of 16.00; Lindsey Nicholas - 7th in 800m Run with time of 2:28.66; Berhanie Knutzen - 9th in 800m Run with time of 2:29.90; Allison Hoeth - 9th in Hammer Throw with a throw of 35.31m or 115' 10 1/2" & 12th in Discus with throw of 28.94m or 94' 11 3/4".
     
  • Softball goes 1-1 in day 1 of Crossover 4/16 - The 2016 NWAC Softball Crossover Tournament was held at Yakima Valley CC over the weekend of April 16th & 17th. On the first day of the tournament, the Trojans faced the Trailblazers of Centralia College at 2:00pm.  The Trojans were able to  get the 4-2 win over the Trailblazers. Rylee Thomas was the winning pitcher for the Trojans and Jessica Glacken was the losing pitcher for the Trailblazers. Everett had 4 runs, 5 hits and 1 error and Centralia had 2 runs, 3 hits and 3 errors. For EvCC ~ Kiana Smith had a double & 2 RBI's; Taryn Salter had 1 RBI & a stolen base; Rylee Thomas had 1 RBI and CJ Shaver had a stolen base. Everett is now 4-2 in league and 10-9 overall and Centralia is 4-2 in league and 13-10 overall. The Trojans second game of the day started at 4:30pm against the Knights of Wenatchee Valley College. This game only went 5 innings due to the Knights being ahead by 8 or more after the 5th. Wenatchee Valley won 9-0 and their winning pitcher was Karly Malcolm. Everett's losing pitcher was Scarlett Nyenhuis. Everett had 0 runs, 1 hit and 7 errors and Wenatchee Valley had 9 runs, 9 hits and 3 errors.  After this game, Everett is 4-2 in league and 10-10 overall and Wenatchee Valley is 9-7 in league and 13-10 overall.
     
  • Trojan Baseball split at Douglas College 4/16 - Saturday, April 16th, had the Trojan Baseball Team traveling to New Westminster, BC to play the Royals of Douglas College at Whalley Park. The first game of the day only went 8 innings as the Trojans were able to put the 10 run rule into effect when they had a score of 13 and held the Royals to 0. The Trojans winning pitcher was Alex Gray and the Royals losing pitcher was Zach Campagne. Everett had 13 runs, 16 hits and 3 errors and Douglas had 0 runs, 5 hits and 3 errors. For EvCC ~ Bryce Peterson had a double, a home run & 4 RBI's; Branson Barnecut had a double and 2 RBI's; Jake Nelson had a double; Aaron Avalos had 2 doubles; Jacob Prater had 1 RBI; Tanner Arrington, Ben Dmochowsky & Dylan Derr each had 2 RBI's. The second game had a wasn't an easy game this time for the Trojans. It went all 9 innings and at the end of it Douglas won 6-4. The Royals winning pitcher was Brett Sakai with the save from Shane Wlodarczak. The Trojans losing pitcher was Ryan Monson. Everett had 4 runs, 9 hits and 2 errors and Douglas had 6 runs, 7 hits and 2 errors. For Everett - Peyton Cordova-Smith had a double and 1 RBI; Jacob Prater had a double; Dylan Derr, Bryce Peterson & Tanner Arrington each had 1 RBI. Everett is now 3-3 in league and 20-6 overall and Douglas is 2-8 in league and 5-12 overall.

The league double header will be played at the Everett Memorial Stadium - 3802 Broadway, with entrance on the North side. The first game begins at 1:00pm with the second game to follow about 30 minutes after the end of the first game. Admission is $5.00 per person 12 years old and up.   • 4/23 Men's Track & Field at CWU - The Trojan Men's Track & Field Team will travel to Ellensburg, WA on Saturday, April 24th to participate in the 2016 Spike Arlt Invitational. The meet is hosted by Central Washington University and will take place at Tomlinson Stadium. Events will begin at 9:00am. CWU's Stadium is located at 1610 N Walnut St., Ellensburg, WA 98926.
     
  • Baseball lose two at Shoreline CC 4/10 - For the other two league games with the Shoreline CC Dolphins, the Trojans traveled to Meridian Park in Shoreline, WA on Sunday, April 10th. Both teams had 9 hits in the first game. In the 1st inning, the Dolphins scored 1 and the Trojans responded with 2 in the top of the 2nd, while the Dolphins tie it up in the bottom of the 2nd. It stays tied at 2-2 until the the bottom of the 5th when the Dolphins add two to make it a 4-2 game. In the bottom of the 6th, the Trojans give up 4 more giving a 8-2 lead for the Dolphins. In the top of the 8th, Everett adds one on an RBI double from Jacob Prater to now trail 8-3. In the top of the 9th, the Trojans needed at least 5 to tie it up, but were only able to get one run. Shoreline wins 8-4. Myles Gouveia was the Dolphins winning pitcher with the save recorded by Max Dwyer. Ryan Monson was the Trojans losing pitcher. Everett had 4 runs, 9 hits and 4 errors and Shoreline had 8 runs, 9 hits and 3 errors. For EvCC ~ Tanner Arrington had a double and a stolen base; Jacob Prater had a double and 2 RBI's; Connor O'Brien had 1 RBI and Bryce Peterson had a stolen base. The second game was scoreless up until the bottom of the 6th inning when the Dolphins scored 3 to take the lead, 3-0. In the top of the 8th inning, score two, one on a home run by Prater to make it 3-2 Shoreline lead, and that would be how the game ended. The winning pitcher for Shoreline was Connor Anderson with the save to Chantz Justice. Everett's Tate Budnick was the losing pitcher. Everett had 2 runs, 3 hits and 1 error while Shoreline had 3 runs, 6 hits and 0 errors. For the Trojans ~ Bryce Peterson had a double, 1 RBI and a stolen base; Jacob Prater had a home run, 1 RBI and a stolen base; Josh McIntyre had a double and Bryce Steckler had a stolen base. Everett is now 2-2 in league and 19-5 overall and Shoreline is 2-6 in league and 8-18 overall.

For EvCC ~ Rylee Thomas & Scarlett Nyenhuis each had a double; Hailey Hammer hjad a home run and 1 RBI. During the second game, there were a total of 15 hits and the score was also a 1 run difference but this time Shoreline won with a score of 7-6. Shoreline's winning pitcher was Kathryn Goff and Everett's losing pitcher was Rylee Thomas. Everett had 6 runs, 9 hits and 1 error while Shoreline had 7 runs, 6 hits and 0 errors. For Everett ~ Rylee Thomas had a double; Kiana Smith had a home run and 2 RBI's; Scarlett Nyenhuis had a home run and 3 RBI's; CJ Shaver had a stolen base. Everett is now 4-2 in league and 9-9 overall and Shoreline is 6-2 in league and 8-6 overall.

  • Track & Field Results 4/9 - The Trojan Men's Track & Field Team and 1 member of the Women's Track & Field Team were on the campus of Spokane Falls CC in Spokane, WA to participate in the WAR IX - Washington vs Region Meet on Saturday, April 9th. For the Men - Kyler Sager took 4th place in the 800m Run with at time of 1:54.29; James Jasperson took 15th in the 800m Run with a time of 1:58.86; Hank Strom took 14th in the 400m Dash with a 51.37 time.  Emily Bland was the lone female that participated and in her two races she - 24th in 100m Hurdles with a time of 16.46 and 12th in the 400m Hurdles with a time of 1:06.47.   • Baseball takes two from Shoreline 4/9 - The Dolphins of Shoreline CC were at Everett Memorial Stadium on Saturday, April 9th to play the Trojans in a league baseball double header. The first game began at 1:00pm and during this game were were 14 total hits and at the end of the game, Everett won 7-1. The Trojans winning pitcher was Alex Gray and the Dolphins losing pitcher was Sam Boone. Everett had 7 runs, 10 hits and 2 errors while Shoreline had 1 run, 4 hits and 1 error. For the Trojans ~ Bryce Peterson had 2 doubles, 3 RBI's & 2 stolen bases; Bryce Steckler had a double, 2 RBI's & a stolen base; Ben Dmochowsky had a double & 1 RBI; Jacob Prater had a double; Josh McIntyre had 1 RBI & a stolen base; Jake Nelson had 2 stolen bases. The second game was much closer with the Trojans getting 2 runs and holding the Dolphins to no runs. Trojan starting pitcher Christian Jarangin got the win and the save was recorded by Taylor Shea. Dolphin starting pitcher Payton Mackin recorded the loss.  The Trojans had 2 runs, 6 hits and 3 errors while the Dolphins had 0 runs, 3 hits and 2 errors. For EvCC ~ Bryce Peterson had a double and a stolen base; Bryce Steckler & Andrew Ivelia each had a double; Tanner Arrington & Josh McIntyre each had 1 RBI. For EvCC ~ Kiana Smith had a double and 3 RBI's; Abigail Bauthues had a double; Anya Predojevic had a home run and 3 RBI's; Aurora Ellison had a home run and 2 RBI's; Rylee Thomas had 1 RBI.   • 2nd NWAC Baseball & Softball Coaches Polls 4/7 - The 2nd Coaches Polls of the 2016 Baseball & Softball season have been released by the NWAC. Trojan Baseball moved up to the #2 spot from the #5 spot on the previous poll. Trojan Softball still haven't cracked the top 8, but this poll they did receive a vote! Next polls set to be released on April 21st.

  • Trojan Baseball wins another from Pacific Uni. JV 4/3 - On Sunday April 3rd, the Trojan Baseball Team hosted one 9-inning game with the Pacific University JV Team. In this game, the Trojans were able to keep the Boxers from scoring again like they did in their first game against them on Saturday. Everett won 5-0. Ryan Sandifer was the Trojans winning pitcher and McPhail was the Boxers losing pitcher. Everett had 5 runs, 6 hits and 3 errors and Pacific had 0 runs, 2 hits and 3 errors. For the Trojans ~ Aaron Avalos & Branson Barnecut each had a double; Josh McIntyre had a double & 2 RBI's; Ben Dmochowsky had 1 RBI; Bryce Peterson & Bryce Steckler each had a stolen base; Jaden Yackley had 2 stolen bases. Everett is now 17-3 overall and Pacific JV is 6-5.

Both games were only 7 innings and the first game began at 5:00pm. In that first game, Everett won 11-0. The winning pitcher was Alex Gray for Everett and the losing pitcher for Pacific was Andrew Carlin. The Trojans had 11 runs, 11 hits and 0 errors and the Boxers had 0 runs, 3 hits and 5 errors. For EvCC ~ Bryce Steckler had a double; Bryce Peterson had 2 triples & 2 RBI's; Peyton Cordova-Smith had a triple & 2 RBI's; Tanner Arrington had a home run and 1 RBI; Tate Budnick had 1 RBI; Jacob Prater had 2 stolen bases and Andrew Ivelia had a stolen base.   • Softball wins two over Skagit Valley College 4/2 - On Saturday, April 2nd, the Trojan Softball Team hosted the Cardinals of Skagit Valley College in the first league games of the 2016 season at the Everett Boys & Girls Club. The first game started at 12:00pm and lasted about an hour and 40 minutes only going 5 innings due to the score. Everett won 13-0. The winning pitcher for EvCC was Rylee Thomas and the losing pitcher for SVC was Mallory Kruzich. Everett had 13 runs, 16 hits and 0 errors and Skagit Valley had 0 runs, 0 hits and 1 error. For Everett~ Kiana Smith had a home run and 3 RBI's; Anya Predojevic had 3 RBI's; Taryn Salter & Sarah Dipietro each had 2 RBI's; CJ Shaver, Rylee Thomas & Aurora Ellison each had 1 RBI. The second game also only went 5 innings but this game lasted 2 hours and 5 minutes. The Trojans won 8-0. Again the winning pitcher for the Trojans was Rylee Thomas and the losing pitcher for the Cardinals was Kiana Anderson.   • 4/9 Softball hosts Douglas College - The Trojan Softball Team will host the Royals of Douglas College in a league double header on Saturday, April 9th. The first game will start at 12:00pm with the second game following about 30 minutes after the completion of the first game. Both games will be played at the Everett Boys & Girls Club - 2316-12th St. with free admission for all.
     
  • 4/8-4/9 Men's Track & Field at WAR IX - The Men's Track & Field Team will be in Spokane, WA to participate in the WAR IX - Washington vs Region. The meet will take place at Spokane Falls CC and on Friday, the 10K and Hammer Throw events will begin at 3:00pm. On Saturday, the events will begin at 10:00am.   • Baseball wins another two at TCC/Pierce Spring Invite 3/26 - On Saturday, the Trojans were at Tacoma CC for their final two games of the 2016 TCC/Pierce Spring Invite. In their first game of the day, they faced the Lakers of Southwestern Oregon CC again. There were 17 hits during the game and at the end of the game, Everett had 13 runs and SWOCC had 1 run. The winning pitcher for Everett was Christian Jarnagin and the losing pitcher for SWOCC was Jonathan Keltie. Everett had 13 runs, 14 hits and 4 errors and SWOCC had 1 run, 3 hits and 4 errors. For Everett ~ Bryce Steckler had a double, a triple, and 1 RBI; Josh McIntyre had a double and 2 RBI's; Dylan Derr had a double and 1 RBI; Jake Nelson, Tate Budnick & Jacob Prater each had a home run and 1 RBI; Andrew Ivelia & Bryce Peterson each had 1 RBI; Aaron Avalos had 1 RBI and a stolen base. The Trojans second game had them facing the Titans of Tacoma CC at 4:00pm. At the end of the game, there was a one run difference and Everett score 5 to Tacoma's 4. Alex Gray was the Trojans winning pitcher and Lucas Jungmann recorded the save. Mathew Henckel was the Titans losing pitcher. EvCC had 5 runs, 6 hits and 1 error while TCC had 4 runs, 8 hits and 6 errors. Foe Everett ~ Josh McIntyre had a triple, 1 RBI and a stolen base; Tanner Arrington had 2 RBI's; Andrew Ivelia and Aaron Avalos each had 1 RBI. Everett is now 14-3 overall, Southwestern Oregon is now 4-13 overall and Tacoma is 10-3 overall.
     
  • Men's & Women's Track & Field highs from UPS 3/26 - The Men's & Women's Track & Field Teams were in Tacoma, WA on the campus of the University of Puget Sound to participate in the Peyton Scoring Meet on Saturday, March 26th. Some highs from the meet for Everett: Women ~ Emily Bland - 2nd in 400m Hurdles with 1:05.58 time, 3rd in 100m Hurdles with 16.32 time; Alaina Lenway - 1st in 3000m Steeple Chase with 12:22.17 time; Esmeralda Bonilla - 4th in 800m Run with 2:36.19 time; Lindsey Nicolas - 5th in 400m Dash with 1:05.20 time. Men ~ Kyler Sager - 1st in 800m Run with 1:55.56 time; James Jasperson - 3rd in 800m Run with 1:58.55 time; Stephen Dietz - 2nd in 1500m Run with 4:08.38 time; Isaiah Britt - 6th in 1500m Run with 4:14.34 time; Elliott Dick - 6th in 400m Hurdles with 1:02.51 time; Hank Strom - 6th in 400m Dash with 51.89 time.  The Women's team finished in 5th place with 39 points and the Men's team finished in a tie for 4th place with 37 points. Combined, Everett finished in 5th place overall with 76 points.

The Trojans winning pitcher was Ryan Sandifer and the Raider losing pitcher was Colten Barnes. Everett had 15 runs, 18 hits and 0 errors while Pierce had 1 run, 3 hits and 1 error. Foe Everett ~ Tanner Arrington & Jacob Prater each had a double and 1 RBI; Aaron Avalos had a double, home run, 3 RBI's and a stolen base; Bryce Peterson had 1 RBI and 2 stolen bases; Josh McIntyre had 1 RBI and a stolen base; Peyton Cordova-Smith had 4 RBI's; Bryce Steckler had 2 RBI's; Dylan Derr and Jaden Yackley each had 1 RBI. The Trojans faced the Lakers of Southwestern Oregon CC in their second game of the day at 4:00pm. In this game, there were 15 hits between the teams but there wasn't as big of a gap between the scores. Everett won 5-2. The winning pitcher for Everett was Jake Nelson and the losing pitcher for SWOCC was Doug Molzahn. Everett had 5 runs, 9 hits and 2 errors while SWOCC had 2 runs, 6 hits and 2 errors. For Everett ~ Jacob Prater had a double, 1 RBI and a stolen base; Bryce Steckler had 1 RBI and a stolen base; Andrew Ivelia & Mitch Augenstein each had 1 RBI. Everett is now 12-3 overall, Piece is 7-7 overall and SWOCC is 3-11 overall.

  • Softball splits at Olympic 3/25 - On Friday, March 25th, Olympic College hosted the Trojan Softball Team for a non-league double header in Bremerton, WA. In the first game, the Trojans were able to score 17 runs and hold the Rangers to only 2 runs. The winning pitcher for Everett was Rylee Thomas and the losing pitcher for Olympic was Amanda Lyyski. Everett had 17 runs, 16 hits and 0 errors and Olympic had 2 runs, 2 hits and 5 errros. For EvCC ~ Taryn Salter had a double and 1 RBI; Kiana Smith had a double and 4 RBI's; CJ Shaver & Scarleet Nyenhuis each had a homerun and 4 RBI's; Hailey Hammer had 1 RBI; Aurora Ellison had 2 RBI's. During the second game, the Rangers were able to turn it around and outscored the Trojans 7-4 to win the game. Thr Rangers winning pitcher was Rachel Ranyak and the Trojans losing pitcher was Scarlett Nyenhuis. Everett had 4 runs, 8 hits and 0 errors while Olympic had 7 runs, 10 hits and 0 errors. For Everett ~ CJ Shaver & Aurora Ellison each had a double and a stolen base; Anya Predojevic had a home run and 2 RBI's; Sarah Dipietro had a home run and 1 RBI. Everett is now 5-7 overall and Olympic is 2-12 overall.
     
  • NWAC's 1st Baseball & Softball Coaches Polls 3/24 - The NWAC has released the first Coaches Polls for the 2016 Baseball & Softball Seasons. Trojan Baseball was voted into the #5 spot on the top 8. Trojan Softball unfortunately did not make the top 8 nor get any votes. The next polls will be released on April 7th.

  • Softball splits with Penguins 3/23 - Wednesday, March 23rd had the Trojan Softball Team traveling to Vancouver, WA to play the Clark College Penguins in a non-league double header. The first game began at 2:00pm and with a score of 9-1, the Trojans were able to get the win. Rylee Thomas was the Trojans winning pitcher, she also had a home run and 3 RBI's. Madison Plummer was the Penguins losing pitcher. Trojans had 9 runs, 8 hits and 0 errors while the Penguins had 1 run, 2 hits and 2 errors. For Everett ~  Anya Predojevic & Hailey Hammer each had 2 RBI's.During the second game there were 17 hits between the two teams, Clark was able to outscore Everett 10-2 for the win. The winning pitcher for Clark was Kelsey Oldman and the losing pitcher for Everett was Scarlett Nyenhuis. Everett had 2 runs, 5 hits and 2 errors with Clark having 10 runs, 12 hits and 0 errors. Brook Stutzman had a double and 1 RBI; Scarlett Nyenhuis had a double. Everett is now 4-6 overall and Clark is 5-5 overall. 
     
  • Baseball takes two from Mt. Hood 3/23 - The Baseball Team added a non-league double header with the Saints of Mt. Hood CC on Wednesday March 23rd. The games were played in Lacey, WA at the RAC. In the first game that started at 11am, Trojan Tate Budnick went a full game and got the win as the pitcher. Everett won 4-3. The Saints losing pitcher was Seth Rayburn. Everett had 4 runs, 8 hits abd 0 errors while Mt. Hood had 3 runs, 5 hits and 3 errors. For the Trojans ~ Andrew Ivelia had a double and 2 RBI's; Aaron Avalos had a home run and 1 RBI; Jacob Prater had a stolen base. During the second game, there were 17 combined hits and at the end of the game, Everett had the one run lead to win 3-2. Nick Hoskins was the Trojans winning pitcher with the save to Alex Gray. Riley Moore was the Saints losing pitcher. Everett had 3 runs, 10 hits and 0 errors and Mt. Hood had 2 runs, 7 hits and 2 errors.   • RAINED OUT Softball 3/20 - The Trojan Softball Team was to play two more games at the Inter-Region Tournament in Vancouver, WA on Sunday, March 20th. They were to play Lower Columbia College at 10:00am and Centralia College at 12:30pm, however due to the weather, both of these games were cancelled.
     
  • Baseball wins on day 3 of "T Tournament 3/20 - On the third day of the EvCC/EdCC co-hosted "T" Tournament, the Trojans faced the Yaks of Yakima Valley CC at 11:00am. There were 13 hits during the game and 8 total runs, with Everett scoring 6 of them to win the game 6-2. Everett had 6 runs, 7 hits and 3 errors while Yakima Valley had 2 runs, 6 hits and 2 errors. The winning pitcher for Everett was Lucas Jungmann with the save from Jake Nelson, and the losing pitcher for Yakima Valley was Jorge Garcilazo. For Everett ~ Tate Budnick had a double and 3 RBI's; Connor O'Brien had a double; Aaron Avalos & Shelby Zorn each had 1 RBI; Bryce Steckler had a stolen base.   • Women's Track & Field results 3/19 - The Women's Track & Field Team was in Portland, OR participating in the Spring Break Open hosted by Lewis & Clark College on Saturday, March 19th. As a team, Everett CC scored 7 points for 17th place. Highs: Bailie Weikel took 25th place in the 100M dash with a time of 13.50; Kayla Sargent took 26th with a time of 13.54 in the 100M dash and 34th in the 200M dash with a time of 28.07; Emily Bland took 13th in the 400M Hurdles with a 1:09.07 time; Alaina Lenway took 8th in the 3000M Steeplechase with a 12:43.20 time; Allison Hoeth took 26th in the Discus with a throw of 28.45m or 93' 4 1/4".
     
  • UPDATE - Softball results for day 2 from Inter-Region Tournament 3/19 - Trojan Softball started out Saturday, March 19th by playing the Clark College Penguins at 11:00am. Unfortunately, no scores or stats were reported at the time of this update - we now have scores & stats! Everett lost to Clark College by a score of 4-9. The Penguins winning pitcher was Kelsey Oldham with the save from Madison Plummer. The Trojans losing pitcher was Rylee Thomas.  Everett had 4 runs, 6 hits and 0 errors and Clark had 9 runs, 10 hits and 2 errors. For Everett ~ CJ Shaver & Taryn Salter each had a double; Brook Stutzman had a double and an RBI; Anya Predojevic had 1 RBI. The Trojans second game of the day began at 4:00pm against the Lakers of Southwestern Oregon CC. At the end of the game, the Lakers had the 5-2 lead to win the game. No stats were reported - will update when they are - we now have stats! The Lakers winning pitcher was Lauren Spencer and the Trojans losing pitcher was Rylee Thomas. Everett had 2 runs, 5 hits an 0 errors and Southwestern Oregon had 5 runs, 9 hits and 0 errors. For the Trojans - Rylee Thomas had a double; Taryn Salter & Kiana Smith each had 1 RBI. Everett is 3-5 overall, Clark is 3-4 overall and Southwestern Oregon is 13-2 overall.

In their second game that started at 5:20pm, the Trojans played the Titans of Tacoma CC. In this game, there were 13 hits between the two teams. At the end of the game, Everett was a head by 1 run and won 7-6. The Trojans winning pitcher was Brandon L/ane with the save from Ryan Monson, and the losing pitcher for the Titans was David Marshall. Everett had 7 runs, 8 hits and 4 errors and Tacoma had 6 runs, 5 hits and 0 errors. Hood CC, but were unable to outscore them. The Saints won 5-3. The winning pitcher for Mt. Hood was Sammie Byron and the Trojans losing pitcher was Scarlett Nyenhuis. Everett had 3 runs, 9 hits and 0 errors and Mt. Hood had 5 runs, 8 hits and 0 errors. The game started at 7:05pm on Friday, March 18th at Everett Memorial Stadium. In 8 1/2 innings, the Trojans were able to outscore the Saints 6-3 to win the game. The Trojans winning pitcher was Ryan Monson and the Saints losing pitcher was Camden Miller. Everett had 6 runs, 11 hits and 0 errors while Mt. Hood had 3 runs, 7 hits and 0 errors.   • Baseball splits at Skagit Valley College 3/15 - In the non-league double header that the Trojans played against the Cardinals of Skagit Valley College on Tuesday, March 15th, the first game began at 4:30pm. In this game, the Trojans were able to score 9 runs, however the Cardinals were able to score 10 to win the game. The winning pitcher for SVC was Tysen Fishlin and the losing pitcher for EvCC was Jake Nelson. Everett had 9 runs, 11 hits and 2 errors while Skagit Valley had 10 runs, 13 hits and 3 errors. The second game ended a little different - Everett won by scoring 14 and holding Skagit Valley to only 3. Kyler Sager took 1st with a 4:04.78 time & Stephen Dietz took 2nd with a 4:07.12 time in the 1500m Run. Elliott Dick took 6th in the 400m Hurdles with time of 1:04.55. With a time of 16:24.04, Isaiah Britt took 7th in the 5000m Run. Joey Schweitzer took 8th in the Javelin with a throw of 46.27m or 151' 10" and then took 13th in the Hammer Throw with a throw of 24.38m or 80'.

  • Baseball beats SWOCC in Yakima, WA 3/6 - On Sunday, March 6th, the Trojan Baseball Team played one non-league game with the Lakers of Southwestern Oregon CC at Yakima Valley CC in Yakima, WA. The game began at 12:00pm and at the end of 9 innings, the Trojans were ahead 9-7 to win the game. The winning pitcher from Everett was Andrew Bean and the losing pitcher from SWOCC was Lucas Howard. Everett had 9 runs, 12 hits and 2 errors and Southwestern Oregon had 7 runs, 11 hits and 3 errors. For Everett ~ Shelby Zorn had a double and 3 RBI's; Jacob Prater had a double and 2 RBI's; Dylan Derr and Jake Nelson each had an RBI. Everett is now 4-1 overall and Southwestern Oregon is 2-5 overall.
     
  • 3/13 Softball plays at Mt. Hood CC - After their two games in Oregon City, OR on Saturday, the Trojan Softball Team will travel a little further east to Gresham, OR to play the Mt. Hood CC Saints in non-league action. The first game of the double header on Sunday, the 13th will start at 12:00pm with the second game following about 30 minutes after the completion of the first game.   • 3/13 Baseball plays at Clark College - On Sunday, March 13th, the Trojan Baseball Team will play a non-league double header against the Penguins of Clark College in Vancouver, WA. The first pitch of game one is set for 10:00am, followed by the second game about 30 minutes after the end of the first game. Directions to the game are under the directions link to the right.
     
  • Women's Track & Field results from E. Anderson Icebreaker Invite 3/4-3/5 - On Friday & Saturday, March 4th & 5th, the Women's Track and Field Team was in McMinnville, OR to participate in the Erik Anderson Icebreaker Invite hosted by Linfield College. In the 100m Dash - Bailie Weikel finished in 18th with a 13.50 time. Eyonna Mason in 19th with a 13.51 time and Kayla Sargent in 30th with a 13.89 time. In the 1500m Run - Alaina Lenway finished in 13th with a 5:16.01 time. In the 100m Hurdles - Emily Bland finished in 6th with a 16.38 time and she finished 6th in the 400m Hurdles with a 1:10.24 time. The 4 X 100 Relay Team finished in 5th place with a 52.47 time. Allison Hoeth took 21st in the Discus with a 26.56m throw and 8th in the Hammer Throw with a 39.08m throw.
     
  • W. Basketball lose 1st Round NWAC Playoff 3/5 - The Trojan Women's Basketball Team was in Eugene, OR on Saturday, March 5th to play a 1st Round NWAC Playoff Game with the Titans of Lane CC. Everett finished in 4th place in the Northern Region and Lane finished in 1st place in the Southern Region. The loser out game started at 3:00pm. The winner advances to the 2016 NWAC Championship Tournament here at EvCC. The first quarter ended with the Titans leading 26-14. In the second quarter, the Trojans again scored 14 while the Titans scoring 25 to lead 51-26 going into half time. For the half, Everett shot 29.7% from the field, 26.7% from 3's and 40% from free throws and Lane shot 52.9% from the field, 50% from 3's and 84.6% from free throws. During the third quarter, the Titans scored 20 and held the Trojans to only 11 to still increase their lead. The fourth quarter had the Titans scoring 18 points while the Trojans were unable to score any. Lane wins 89-39. For the game, Everett shot 22.7% from the field, 16.1% from 3's and 57.1% from free throws and Lane shot 44.1% from the field, 31.3% from 3's and 75% from free throws. Game Highs: EvCC ~ Breezy Shore had 13 points; Kaela Tyler had 10 points & 9 rebounds; Lily Hilderbrand had 9 rebounds. Lane ~ Shelby Snook had 25 points & 6 rebounds; Bre DuBois had 16 points & 10 rebounds; Mallory Shields had 15 points; Sara Kesling had 12 points. Everett finishes their season 14-15 overall and Lane is at 29-1 overall.
     
  • Softball wins both vs Yakima Valley CC 3/5 - On Saturday, March 5th, the Softball Team played a non-league double header with the Yaks of Yakima Valley CC in Yakima, WA. The first game started at 1:00pm and in this game, the Trojans outscored the Yaks 6-3. The Trojans winning pitcher was Rylee Thomas and the Yaks losing pitcher was Beth Anderson. Everett had 6 runs, 15 hits and 0 errors and Yakima Valley had 3 runs, 7 hits and 1 error. For Everett ~ Kiana Smith & Hailey Hammer each had a double and an RBI; Rylee Thomas, Sarah Dipietro & CJ Shaver each had an RBI; Scarlett Nyenhuis had a stolen base. In the second game that started at 3:00pm, the Trojans had 13 hits with 8 runs while the Yaks had 8 hits and only 1 run. The winning pitcher for the Trojans was Scarlett Nyenhuis and the losing pitcher for the Yaks was Shelby Wilkey. Everett had 8 runs, 13 hits and 2 errors and Yakima Valley had 1 run, 8 hits and 1 error. For Everett ~ Rylee Thomas had a double, triple, Home Run and 5 RBI's; Taryn Salter had a double and an RBI; CJ Shaver had a double; Brook Stutzman had 2 RBI's and Anya Predojevic had an RBI. Everett is now 2-2 overall and Yakima Valley is 1-5 overall.
     
  • Baseball wins two in Yakima, WA 3/5 - On Saturday, March 5th, the Trojan Baseball Team was still in Yakima, WA to play non-league games with Yakima Valley CC and Southwestern Oregon CC. In their first game of the day, the Trojans faced the Lakers of Southwestern Oregon CC starting at 10:00am. In this game, the Trojans scored 5 runs while the Lakers only scored 1 run. The winning pitcher for the Trojans was Ryan Sandifer and the losing pitcher for the Lakers was Doug Molzahn. Everett had 5 runs, 7 hits and 1 error and Southwestern Oregon had 1 run, 6 hits and 1 error. For Everett, Mitch Augenstein had a double and an RBI; Andrew Ivelia had a double; Peyton Cordova-Smith had 2 RBI's; Jaden Yackley & Connor O'Brien each had an RBI. Everett is 2-1 overall and SWOCC is 2-3 overall. In the Trojans second game that started at 4:00pm with the Yakima Valley CC Yaks, the Trojans crossed 8 runs across home plate while the Yaks only were able to cross 5. The Trojans winning pitcher was Alex Gray and the Yaks losing pitcher was Chris Petrosie. Everett had 8 runs, 12 hits and 1 error and Yakima Valley had 5 runs, 7 hits and 4 errors. For EvCC ~ Jacob Prater & Mitch Augenstein each had a double, an RBI and a stolen base; Tate Budnick had a double and a stolen base; Ben Dmochowsky had a double and 2 RBI's; Bryce Steckler had 2 RBI's. Everett is now 3-1 overall and Yakima Valley is 4-2 overall.

  • Baseball splits with Yakima Valley CC 3/4 - The Trojan Baseball Team traveled to Yakima, WA to play the Yaks of Yakima Valley CC in non-league action. The first game started at 3:00pm and in the 8-0 shutout, Trojan Christian Jarnagin was the winning pitcher and the Yaks losing pitcher was Hunter Boyd. Everett had 8 runs, 11 hits and 1 error and Yakima Valley had 0 runs, 6 hits and 2 errors. Andrew Ivelia, Tate Budnick & Ben Dmochowsky each had a double and Bryce Steckler had a stolen base. In the second game against the Yaks that started at 6:00pm, the Trojan scored 3 runs but the Yaks scored 5 to win the game. Riley Benedetti was the winning pitcher for the Yaks and Brandon Lane was the Trojans losing pitcher. Everett had 3 runs, 5 hits and 2 errors and Yakima Valley had 5 runs, 6 hits and 3 errors. Bryce Peterson had a double, an RBI & a stolen base; Branson Barnecut had an RBI. Everett is now 1-1 overall and Yakima Valley is 3-1 overall.
     
  • Softball lose both at Columbia Basin College 3/4 - On Friday, March 4th, the Trojan Softball Team was in Pasco, WA to play a non-league double header with the Hawks of Columbia Basin College.  The first game started at 12:00pm and in this game, the Trojans scored 6 but the Hawks scored 10. The Hawks winning pitcher was Kayla Andrews with the save going to Sarah Gilliam and the Trojans losing pitcher was Rylee Thomas. Everett had 6 runs, 9 hits and 0 errors and CBC had 10 runs, 10 hits and 4 errors. For Everett - Anya Predojevic & Brook Stutzman each had a double and an RBI; Kiana Smith & Scarlett Nyenhuis each had an RBI. The second game started at 4:15pm and in this game, the Hawks scored 6 and didn't allow the Trojans to score. Andrews was once again the winning pitcher and the Trojans losing pitcher was Scarlett Nyenhuis. Everett had 0 runs, 2 hits and 0 errors while CBC had 6 runs, 13 hits and 0 errors. This puts Everett at 0-2 overall and CBC at 2-0 overall.

Everett Community College is a member of the Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges (NWAACC), which includes most community colleges in Washington, Oregon, and Canada. Not all schools have all of the same athletics teams.

NWAACC athletes must have graduated high school or their class must have graduated; be enrolled for at least 12 credits each quarter they participate; complete at least 12 credits the quarter prior to participating; and complete at least 36 credits prior to competing a second year in the same sport. In addition, to participate a second season, athletes must maintain a 2.00 cumulative GPA.

Intramural Activities:

Intramural activities are offered each quarter and are free and open to all students, staff and faculty with valid EvCC ID, View the Intramural Activities current schedule.

There are NO Intramural Activites on Sundays nor on any day that there is no school.
