  • NWAC Soccer All-Star results 11/13 - Great job to all of the Trojan participants in the 2016 NWAC All-Star Soccer games on Sunday, Nov. 13th. In the Women's game, Trojan Claire Nelson had 2 goals and in the Men's game, Trojan Baldemar Martinez had 2 assists. The Women's North-East team beat the South-West team 4-2 while the Men's North-East team beat the South West team 5-1.
     
  • 11/20 NWAC Volleyball Sophomore All-Star Event - On Sunday, November 20th at the Tacoma Convention Center, the NWAC Volleyball Sophomore All-Star games will take place before the 2016 Championship Match. Everett's Mariah Garner will be there to participate on the Northern Region Team. The North Region will take on the South Region at 10:30am, with the Winner to take on the winner of the East vs West match. The loser will play the loser of the East/West match. Both of those 2nd matches will start at 12:00pm. The Championship match will start at 2:00pm. Tacoma Convention Center is located at 1500 Broadway, Tacoma, WA  98402. Admission prices for Sunday are: Adults $15.00; Students/Seniors 60+/Military $13.00; 7-12 years old $6.00; Under 6 Free.
     
  • NWAC Announce Volleyball All-Stars 11/15 - On Tuesday, November 15th, the NWAC announced the 2016 Volleyball Regional All-Stars. Congratulations to Everett Freshman Mia Due on being named to the Northern Region 2nd Team. Also Congratulations to Mariah Garner on being named to the Northern Region Sophomore All-Star Team.
     
  • 11/19 W. Basketball plays at CC's of Spokane - After their game at BBCC, the Trojan Women's Basketball Team will travel to Spokane, WA to play the CC's of Spokane Sasquatch on Saturday, November 19th. The non-league game will start at 12:00pm. Directions to CCS are under the directions link to the right.
     
  • 11/18 Women's Basketball at Big Bend CC - The Trojan Women's Basketball Team 2016-17 regular season starts with them traveling to Eastern Washington to play a non-league game with the Vikings of Big Bend CC. The game will take place on Friday, November, 18th and start at 4:00pm. Directions to Big Bend CC are under the directions link to the right.
     
  • Volleyball lose last league match at Olympic 11/8 - On Tuesday, November 8th, the Trojan Volleyball Team traveled to Bremerton, WA to play the final league match of the 2016 season at Olympic College. The first set with the Rangers started at 7:00pm. The match only went three sets, with Olympic winning all three with scores of 25-18, 25-23, and 25-14. For EvCC ~ Natalie Olson had 9 Kills; Madison Solis had 20 Assists; Mia Due had 9 Digs. For OC ~ Audree Gormanson had 9 Kills; Sarah Carpenter had 24 Assists; Devyn Sigurdson had 11 Digs. Everett finishes the 2016 season with a league record of 0-12 and overall record of 3-26. Olympic finishes with a 5-7 league record and an 18-26 overall record.
     
  • 11/13 Men's Basketball hosts a scrimmage - The Seattle Mountaineers, an ABA team will be in the Walt Price Student Fitness Center on Sunday, November 13th to play a scrimmage game with the Trojan Men's Basketball Team. Tip-off is set for 7:00pm. Admission is free for all. Come out and support the Trojans!
     
  • 11/13 NWAC Soccer All-Star Games - The 2016 NWAC Soccer All-Star games will take place on the morning of Sunday, November 13th. The Women's game will start at 10:00am and the Men's game at 12:00pm. After the All-Star games the 2016 NWAC Championship Games will take place.  Highline will take on Peninsula in the Women's game and Tacoma will take on Spokane in the Men's game. All of the games will be played at Starfire Sports Complex located at 14800 Starfire Way, Seattle, WA. The Trojans have 4 players participating on the North-East All-Stars. Women - Claire Nelson, Kristin Snyder & Bailey Haynes-Formon. Men - Baldemar Martinez. Admission costs for Sunday are: Adults $15.00; Students/Seniors 60+/Military $9.00; 7-12 years old $6.00; Under 6 Free.
     
  • Women's Soccer lose in 2nd Round 11/5 - On Saturday, November 5th, the Trojan Women's Soccer Team was at Starfire Sports Complex in Seattle, WA to play a 2nd Round Playoff Game with the Thunderbirds of Highline CC. The game started at 12:00pm and at the end of the first half the game was tied 0-0. Both teams had great shots on goal as well as going back and forth. There was no goals scored until the 71st minute on a goal that the Trojans thought was going to be called back due to a possible foul. The foul was never called and the goal was scored by Thunderbird Chentay Warnes with the assist from Madasin Jennings. Four minutes later, Jennings scored the second goal of the game on the assist from Haley Kern. Highline got the 2-0 win and advances to the Semi-Finals on November 11th. Trojan Keeper Myah Rhodes had 5 saves and Thunderbird Keeper Rachel Thompson recorded the shutout and had 4 saves. Everett finishes the 2016 season 9-6-0 in league and 12-8-0 overall with 12 points, 56 goals for, 26 goals against and 7 shutouts.   • 11/12 NWAC Cross Country Championships - On Saturday, November 12th, the Trojan Men's & Women's Cross Country 2016 NWAC Championship Meets will take place at Saint Martin's University in Lacey, WA. The Men's 8k race will start at 9:30am with the Women's 5K race starting at 10:20am. Saint Martin's University is located at 5000 Abbey Way, SE., Lacey, WA  98502. The admission costs are $8.00 for Adults, $6.00 for Students/Seniors 60+/Military, $5.00 7-12 years old, Free 6 years and under.
     
  • Volleyball loses at Bellevue 11/4 - Friday, November 4th had the Trojan Volleyball Team at Northern Region 1st place team - Bellevue College in Bellevue, WA to play a league match with the Bulldogs. The first set began at 7:00pm and the match only went three sets. The Bulldogs won the match with set scores of 25-11, 25-11 & 25-15. Stats for EvCC ~ Natalie Olson had 5 kills; Madison Solis had 7 assists; Emma Lessley had 10 digs. For BC ~ Shea O'Brien had 12 kills & 12 digs; Averi Dyer had 12 kills & 11 digs; Kendle Valade-Nunez had 33 assists. Everett is now 0-11 in league and 3-25 overall. Bellevue is now 10-1 in league and 33-8 overall.
     
  • 11/11 Women's Basketball at Bellevue College Scrimmages - On Friday, November 11th, the Trojan Women's Basketball Team will be in Bellevue, WA to participate in the 2016 Bellevue College Scrimmages. The Trojans will play at 4pm, 6:15pm and 7:45pm. They will play Wenatchee Valley College, Highline CC & Green River CC.   • W. Soccer advances to 2nd Round 11/2 - The Trojan Women's Soccer Team hosted the Lakers of Southwestern Oregon CC in the 1st Round Playoff Game on Wednesday, November 2nd. The game began at 2:00pm at Kasch Park and in the first half, the Trojans had 20 shots on goal and was able to score on two of them. First at 33:58 by Karin Heisen on the assist from Claire Nelson and then again at 44:49 by Danielle Baker on the assist from Kristin Snyder. At half time, Everett led 2-0. In the second half, the Trojans really took over the game. They held the Lakers to only 4 shots on goal, while they had 15 shots and scored on 7 of them ~ 47:57 Baker from Nelson; 54:32 Baylee Houston from Nelson; 55:51 Baker; 64:24 Baker from Nelson; 72:31 Madison King from Nelson; 75:36 Snyder from Nelson; and 86:23 Nelson. Everett won 9-0. Trojan Keeper Myah Rhodes recorded the shutout and had 2 saves and Lakers Keeper Kadie Forderer had 18 saves. Claire Nelson had 1 goal & 6 assists; Danielle Baker had 4 goals; Kirstin Snyder had 1 goal & 1 assist; Karin Heisen, Baylee Houston & Madison King each had 1 goal. Everett is now 12-7-0 overall with 56 goals for, 24 goals against and 7 shutouts. Southwestern Oregon is now 7-11-0 overall with 27 goals for, 41 goals against and 4 shutouts. With this win, the Trojans advance to the 2nd Round on Saturday, November 5th. They will face the Highline CC Thunderbirds at Starfire Sports Complex starting at 12:00pm.   • 11/8 Volleyball's final league match at Bellevue - The Trojan Volleyball Team will finish their 2016 season by playing the final league match at Bellevue College on Tuesday, November 8th. The first set will start at 7pm, after Bellevue does their sophomore night to acknowledge their 2016 sophomore's for their contributions, hard work, and dedication to the program.   • Soccer splits with Skagit Valley 10/29 - The final regular league soccer games of the 2016 season took place on Saturday, October 29th when the Trojans hosted the Cardinals of Skagit Valley College. The Women started at 12:00pm in a game that they needed to win to take 2nd place in the Northern Region. The Trojans started out on fire with their first goal coming from a Penalty Kick at 9:57 by Karin Heisen. Less than two minutes later at 11:20, Heisen assisted on the goal by Claire Nelson to make it a 2-0 game. At 15:34, Nelson assisted Danielle Baker to give the Trojans a 3-0 lead. Heisen scored the Trojans 4th goal of the game at 18:14 on the assist from Taylor Gobel. Nelson scored the 5th goal at 29:55 from Erika Hall to make it 5-0 going into halftime. The Trojans had 10 shots on goal in the first half to the Cardinals 1 shot. Skagit's head coach was issued a yellow card during halftime by the officials with the offense of "Dissent". Once the second half started, the Trojans 6th goal came at 52:57 from Kristin Snyder. The final goal of the game was scored by Nelson at 86:12 to give Everett the 7-0 win. Everett had a total of 25 shots on goal and Skagit Valley had 3. Trojan Keeper Myah Rhodes recorded the shutout with 2 saves while Cardinal Keepers, Tara Augustoni had 6 saves and Brittany DeNike had 3 saves. Everett is now 9-6-0 in league and 11-7-0 overall with 27 points, 45 goals for, 24 goals against and 6 shutouts and is the Northern Region #2 team! Skagit Valley finishes their season with a league record of 1-12-2 and 1-13-3 overall with 5 points, 4 goals for, 61 goals against and 1 shutout. The Men's game started at 2:15pm, and only 1:42 into the game the first goal was scored and it was by Trojan Ariaan Cardenas on the assist from Carlos Dacunha. It was a back and forth game from there and at 39:16 Everett scored their second goal by Dacunha. The Cardinals were able to score off of a penalty kick by Frank Medina at 43:38. At half time Trojans led 2-1. The second half had the Cardinals pressing forward with them tying the game up 2-2 on a goal by Kameron Donohoe at 52:52. The at 71:25, the Trojans went down one man on the field for the remainder of the game due to one player getting his second yellow card in the game which equals a red card and is then disqualified. About three minutes later, at 74:31, the Cardinals took the lead on a goal by Fredy Ruiz. The Trojans were unable to score again and Skagit won 3-2. Trojan Keeper Zachary Gudakov had 9 saves and Cardinal Keeper Raphael Jimenez had 5 saves. Everett finishes the 2016 season 1-14-0 in league and 2-14-2 overall with 3 points, 26 goals for, 57 goals against and 1 shutout. Skagit Valley finishes with a 6-8-1 league record  and  8-8-1 overall record with 19 points, 24 goals for, 33 goals against and 3 shutouts.   • Cross Country All-Region 10/29 - Congratulations to Everett CC Men's Team on their 2016 Northwest Region Title and Head Coach being named the Region Coach of the Year. Named to the 1st Team All Region for the Trojans - Anthony Hernandez, Elijah Dodson, Garren Arnold and Isaiah Britt. Named to the 2nd Team All Region for the Trojans - Zachary Cushman and Sam Miller. Congratulations to the Everett CC Women's Team on their 2016 Northwest Region Title as well and to Avery Daniels on being the Individual Champion with a time of  21:44.13. Named to the 1st Team All Region for Everett ~ Avery Daniels, Sarah Manning & Chanell Ridiros. Named to the 2nd Team all Region for Everett ~ Jeniya Guillen, Elita Tippett, Jewelia Meischke and Andrea Padilla.   • Trojan Cross Country wins both Men's & Women's Titles at Northwest Region Championship 10/29 - The Men's & Women's Cross Country Teams were at Clark Lake Park in Kent, WA on Saturday, October 29th to participate in the 2016 Northwest Region Championship Meet. In the Men's 8K race that started at 9:30am, Trojan Anthony Hernandez came in 2nd place with a time of 31:15.45. Trojans took 4th (Elijah Dodson 31:40.64), 6th - 9th (Garren Arnold 31:51.91, Isaiah Britt 31:52.18, Zachary Cushman 31:55.42, Sam Miller 32:04.42), 16th (Cortland Novak 33:46.65) and 22nd (Michael Ha 38:46.85). As a team they took 1st place with 27 points. In the Women's 5K race that started at 10:20am, and 21:44.13 later, Trojan Avery Daniels crossed the finish line in her 1st win any race ever. Trojans also took 4th (Sarah Manning 22:23.66), 6th (Chanel Ridiros 22:38.02), 8th (Jeniya Guillen 22:48.34), 10th - 12th (Elita Tippett 23:00.61, Jewelia Meischke 23:05.99, Andrea Padilla 23:09.51), 15th (Jessa Barth 23:37.87), 16th (Britney Albro 23:49.95), & 21st (Emily Volkrich 24:47.33).   • 11/5 NWAC Soccer 2nd Round - The Women's Soccer Team could be playing Highline CC (West #1) on Saturday, November 5th is they win the 1st Round game on Wednesday, November 2nd vs Southwestern Oregon CC. The 2nd Round game will be played at Starfire Complex in Seattle with the start time of 12:00pm. Starfire Complex is located at 14800 Starfire Way, Seattle, WA. Winner of this game will play on Friday, November 11th at Starfire Complex in the Semi Finals of the 2016 NWAC Championships.

  • Volleyball lose at Edmonds CC 10/26 - The Trojan Volleyball Team traveled to Lynnwood, WA on Wednesday, October 26th to play a league match with the Tritons of Edmonds CC. The first set began at 7:00pm in Seaview Gym. The match only went three sets, and although they were pretty close in score, Edmonds won all three. Scores were 25-21, 25-20 & 25-20. For Everett - Emma Lessley had 13 Kills & 11 Digs; Natalie Olson had 10 Kills; Kaelyn Cornell had 20 Assists & Mia Due had 16 Digs. For Edmonds - Sydney Lawrence had 12 Kills; Payton Calhourn had 10 Kills, 4 Aces & 11 Digs; Macy Magri had 30 Assists & 11 Digs; Natasha Valentine had 16 Digs.  Everett is now 0-10 in league and 3-24 overall with Edmonds being 4-5 in league and 22-14 overall.
     
  • Soccer splits with Shoreline CC 10/26 - The Mud Bowl of 2016 took place today, when the Trojans played league soccer games at Shoreline CC. The Dolphins field had parts with standing water puddles and lots of mud before the Women's game even started. Those field conditions only got worse as they played, so the Men's game was definitely muddy. In the Women's game, Trojan Kristin Snyder on the assist from Claire Nelson scored in the 27th minute. The Trojans scored again before half time on a goal by Nelson with the assist from Baylee Houston in the 38th minute. At half, Everett led 2-0. Three minutes after the second half started, the Trojans scored their third and final in the 48th minute by Danielle Baker on the assist from Bailey Haynes Formon. Shoreline remained scoreless and Everett won 3-0. Trojan Keeper, Myah Rhodes recorded the shutout with 4 saves and Dolphin Keeper Nazarena Hernandez had 6 saves in the game. Everett Women are now 8-6-0 in league and 10-7-0 overall with 24 points, 40 goals for, 24 goals against and 5 shutouts. Shoreline Women are now 6-4-4 in league and 8-4-4 overall with 22 points, 27 goals for, 20 goals against and 6 shutouts. The Men's game there was no goal scored until the 32nd minute on a goal by Shoreline's Terrell Norris. That was the only goal in the first half. Two minute into the second half, Shoreline added to their score on a goal by Noe Ellen on the assist from Rei Ito. The game stayed 2-0 until the 71st minute when Everett's Ismael Ochoa scored to make it 2-1 in favor of Shoreline. Then in the 82nd, 83rd & 84th minutes, there were three goals scored - 2 by Shoreline (83rd Angel Alcaraz; 84th John Crate/Alcaraz) and 1 by Everett (Jonathan Martinez/Baldemar Martinez). At the end of 90 minutes, Shoreline had the 2 goal lead to win 4-2. Trojan Keeper Zach Gudakov had 4 saves and Dolphin Keeper Steven Moseley had 6 saves. Everett Men are now 1-13-0 in league and 2-13-2 overall with 3 points, 24 goals for, 54 goals against and 1 shutout. Shoreline Men are now 5-9-0 in league and 6-10-0 overall with 15 points, 26 goals for, 43 goals against and 1 shutout.
     
  • 11/2 NWAC Soccer 1st Round - On November, 2nd the 1st Round of the 2016 NWAC Soccer Playoffs will begin. The #1 teams from each region will have a bye an will host the winners of the 1st Round in the 2nd Round that will take place on Saturday, November 5th. In the 1st Round, the #2 teams from each region will host a #3 team from another region. The 1st Round cross regions are the North & South and the West & East. For the Women, only the #1 team has been determined and that is Peninsula College with at 14-0-0 league record. Everett Women have secured either 2nd or 3rd but will know which they finish after the last league games on Saturday, Oct. 29th. On the Men's side, the top 3 in the North have been determined - #1 Peninsula College, 13-0-1 in league; Whatcom CC, 8-4-2 in league & Edmonds CC, 7-5-2 in league. Saturday's 10/29, games will finalize where Whatcom & Edmonds finish.
    ***UPDATE!!*** Everett Women are #2 in North and will host South #3, Southwestern Oregon CC on Wednesday, November 2nd at Kasch Park on Field #2 starting at 2:00pm. North #3 Women - Shoreline will go to South #2, Lane CC in Eugene, OR. Whatcom Men are the North #2 Team and will host Portland CC. Edmonds Men are the #3 North Team and will travel to Clark College.
     
  • Volleyball goes 5 sets with Skagit Valley 10/24 - On Monday, October 24th, was the final home game of the 2016 season for the Trojans as they hosted the league match with the Cardinals of Skagit Valley College. The first set started about 7:10, after the Trojans recognized their sophomore Kendra Lacoste as it was her final home game as a Trojan. The first set was close and at the end, Everett won 25-20. The second set went the other way with Skagit Valley winning 25-14, for each team to have 1 set win going into the 10 minute break. After the break, Everett won the third set 25-19. In the fourth set, the Cardinals came back and won 25-17 to force a fifth and deciding set to fifteen. While it was a battle at the beginning, Skagit took off and won the set 15-6 to win the match 3 sets to 2 sets. For Everett ~ Emma Lessley had 12 Kills & 12 Digs; Natalie Olson had 12 Kills; Mia Due had 22 Digs; Madison Solis had 12 Assists & 13 Digs; Kaelyn Cornell had 12 Assists. For Skagit Valley - Dani Johnson had 20 Kills & 15 Digs; Haley Beiermann had 25 Digs; Karly Richardson had 11 Kills & 12 Digs; Laura Lathrop had 11 Assists. Everett is now 0-9 in league and 3-23 overall and Skagit Valley is 5-4 in league and 15-10 overall.
     
  • 10/31 Soccer Tie-Breakers if needed - On Monday, October 31st, if they are needed, the Soccer Tie-Breakers will take place. This is only if two or more teams are tied for 3rd place in the Northern Region. The two teams will play one game with the winner being the #3 team from the North for the Playoffs that start Nov. 2nd.
     
  • Trojans take two at Whatcom CC 10/22 - Saturday afternoon, had the Trojan Men's & Women's Soccer Teams traveling north to Bellingham, WA to play the Orcas of Whatcom CC in league soccer games. The Women's game had the Trojans scoring in the 4th minute of the game on a goal by Baylee Houston. Twelve minutes later, the Trojans added another goal this time by Danielle Baker on the assist from Claire Nelson. In the 36th minute, the Orcas scored on a goal by Lyla Pagnotta, assisted by Bostynn Barnes. Going into half time Everett led 2-1. The second half had no goals scored for either team, so Everett won 2-1. Trojan Keeper Myah Rhodes had 2 saves and Orca Keeper Natalie LaTurner had 6 saves. Everett Women are 7-6-0 in league and 9-7-0 overall with 21 points, 37 goals for, 24 goals against and 4 shutouts. Whatcom Women are 7-4-2 in league and 8-5-3 overall with 23 points, 21 goals for, 27 goals against and 5 shutouts. The Men's game, was the opposite of the Women's, as there were no goals scored in the first half so it was 0-0 at half time. Then one minute into the second half the one and only goal of the game was made by Everett's Victor Ramirez on the assist from Terrance Miller. Everett won 1-0. Trojan Keeper Zach Gudakov recorded the shutout and had 5 saves while Orca Keeper Ryan Peters had 4 saves. Everett Men are now 1-12-0 in league and 2-12-2 overall with 3 points, 22 goals for, 50 goals against and 1 shutout. Whatcom Men are now 8-3-2 in league and 9-4-2 overall with 26 points, 31 goals for, 13 goals against and 6 shutouts.
     
  • 10/29 Women's Basketball Scrimmage at Douglas College - On Saturday, October 29th, the 2016-17 Women's Basketball Team will play their first game of the season when they travel to Douglas College in New Westminster, BC for a scrimmage with the Royals.   • 10/29 Soccer hosts Skagit Valley - Last Home Games - The last home soccer games of the 2016 season will take place on Saturday, October 29th at Kasch Park when the Trojans take on the Cardinals of Skagit Valley College. The Women's game will start at 12:00pm and the Men's game will start at 2:15pm. Both games will be played on Field #2 and admission is free to all. Kasch Park is located at 8811 Airport Rd/Kasch Park Rd.
     
  • 10/29 Northern Region Cross Country Championships in Kent - The Men's & Women's Cross Country Teams will be in Kent, WA at Clark Lake Park on Saturday, October 29th to participate in the 2016 Northern Region Cross Country Championship Meets. The Men's 8K race will start at 9:30am and the Women's 5K race will start at 10:20am. Clark Lake Park is located at 12655-1274 SE 240th St. Kent, WA 98031.
     
  • Volleyball takes 1st set, but lose to Whatcom CC 10/21 - The Trojan Volleyball Team lost to the Whatcom CC Orcas in 4 sets in the Walt Price Student Fitness Center on Friday, October 21st. They won the first set 25-23, but lost the next three with scores of 22-25, 15-25, 18-25. This takes Everett to 0-8 in league and 3-22 overall and Whatcom is now 3-5 in league and 12-14 overall. For Everett - Natalie Olson had 18 Kills; Emma Lessley had 15 Kills & 12 Digs; Mia Due had 15 Digs & 3 Aces; Madison Solis & Sirreh Saidy each had 11 Digs; Kaelyn Cornell had 22 Assists. For Whatcom - Taryn Potter had 20 Kills; Kaylyn Whipkey had 11 Kills & 12 Digs; Mikayla Deming had 11 Kills; Marie Yates had 18 Digs; Giselle Hollaus had 17 Assists.
     
  • Volleyball lose in 3 sets at Shoreline CC 10/19 - On Wednesday, October 19th, the Trojan Volleyball Team traveled to Shoreline CC in Shoreline, WA to play a league match with the Dolphins. The match started at 7:00pm and was over in three sets with the Dolphins winning all three with scores of 25-9, 25-14 & 25-20.   • Soccer Teams lose two to Peninsula College 10/19 - The Pirates of Peninsula College were in Everett on Wednesday, October 19th to play league soccer games with the Trojans. The Women's game started at 2:00pm at Kasch Park. While there were quite a few shots on goal for both teams, there was no goals scored in the first half. The first goal in the second half came in at 69:37 by Peninsula's Hoku Afong on the assist from Jayna Morikawa. The second and final goal of the game came in at 71:50 by Afong assisted by Coby Yoshimura. Peninsula wins 2-0. Trojan Keeper, Myah Rhodes had 4 saves and Pirate Keeper Akari Hoshino had 8 saves. Everett Women are now 6-6-0 in league and 8-7-0 overall with 18 points, 35 goals for, 23 goals against and 4 shutouts. Peninsula Women are the #1 team in the Northern Region with a 12-0-0 league record and an overall record of 13-1-1 with 36 points, 64 goals for, 5 goals against and 12 shutouts. The Men's game started at 4:15pm and before the second minute of the game, the Pirates had two shots on goal and one was a goal. The goal was made by Cesar Gervacio on the assist from Miguel Valderrama at 1:47. The Trojans held off the Pirates until 21:34, when they scored their second goal by Saul Araiza. The score at half time was 2-0 in favor of Peninsula. The second half had the Pirates scoring their third goal at 58:55 from Kevin Medina on the assist from Gervacio. At 75:12 & 79:10 the Pirates Jose Soto scored their fourth and fifth goals both from Medina. Peninsula won the game 5-0. Trojan Keeper, Zach Gudakov had 10 saves and Pirate Keeper Brannon Dwyer had 3 saves. Trojan Men are now 0-12-0 in league and 1-12-2 overall with 21 goals for and 50 goals against.   • 10/26 Soccer travels to Shoreline CC - On Wednesday, October 26th, the Trojan Soccer Teams will travel to Shoreline CC in Shoreline, WA to play league games with the Dolphins. The Women's game will begin at 2:00pm and the Men's game will begin at 4:15pm. Both games will be played on the campus of Shoreline CC, their field is about 200 yards past their gym.   • Trojan Soccer splits with Edmonds CC 10/17 - The postponed soccer games with Edmonds CC was moved to Monday, Oct. 17th from Saturday, Oct. 15th. Both league games took place on Field #2 of Kasch Park. In the Women's game that began at 2:00pm, Trojan Camryn Cross scored the first goal of the game at 13:10. Edmonds Natalie Brown answered to tie the game at 15:50. The score going into half time was tied 1-1. A little over 3 minutes into the second half, at 48:28, Karin Heisen scored on the assist from Baylee Houston to give Everett the 2-1 lead. At 63:16, Claire Nelson scored for Everett to make it a 3-1 game and that was how the game ended. Trojan Keeper Myah Rhodes had 3 saves and Triton Keeper Sarah Beck had 9 saves. Everett Women are now 6-5-0 in league and 8-6-0 overall with 18 points, 35 goals for, 21 goals against and 4 shutouts. The Men's game started at 4:15pm and at almost six minutes into the game the first goal was scored by Edmonds Mohamed ElMoghrbi on the assist from Edgar Navarro at 5:54. Everett answered with their first goal at 25:25 by Carlos Dacunha on the assist from Terrence Miller. ElMoghrbi answered at 27:00 on the assist from Shefiff Contato give Edmonds the 2-1 lead. At 31:00, Trojan Steven Zeka tied the game up at 2-2 with the assist from Quinn Lewis. Half time was tied 2-2. The Tritons took the 3-2 lead on another goal by ElMoghrbi at 63:32 on the assist from Pablo Sedano. They took a 2 goal lead, 4-2 on the unassisted goal by Vlad Kutsyy at 66:58. About ten minutes later, Everett cut the lead to 1, 3-4 pm the goal by Victor Ramierez, assisted by Baldemar Martinez. Unfortunately, Everett wasn't able to score again and so with the score 4-3 Edmonds won. Trojan Keeper Zach Gudakov had 5 saves and Triton Keeper Isaac Ensz had 7 saves. Everett Men are now 0-8-3 in league and 1-8-5 overall with 3 points, 21 goals for and 45 goals against. Edmonds Men are now 4-4-3 in league and 7-5-3 overall with 15 points, 28 goals for, 25 goals against and 4 shutouts.
     
  • 10/24 Volleyball hosts Skagit Valley - TROJAN NATION GAME NIGHT - On Monday, October 24th, when the Trojan Volleyball Team hosts the Skagit Valley College Cardinals, Trojan Nation will also host their Game Night in the Walt Price Student Fitness Center. The first set begins at 7:00pm and in between the 2nd & 3rd sets, during the 10 minute break, there will be a competition where you can win Trojan Nation items!! So Come Out and support both the Volleyball Team and Trojan Nation!! Admission is FREE for current EvCC Students/Staff/Faculty with EvCC ID (ID must be presented at entry door to receive free entry) or it's $5.00 per person 12 years old and up.
     
  • Emerald City Open XC Meet results 10/15 - The Men's & Women's Cross Country Teams were at Lower Woodland Park in Seattle, WA on Saturday, October 15th to participate in the 2016 Emerald City Open. The meet was hosted by Seattle University and the Men's 8K race began at 10am. The first to cross the finish line was at 25.33 from Club Northwest - Drew Polley. Everett's first finisher Zachary Cushman, came in at 28:16 in 32nd place. Next was Cortland Novak in 38th place with a time of 28:40. Garren Arnold was the Trojans next to cross in 40th place with a 28:47 time. Everett Men finished in 5th place with 156 points. The Women's 5K race started about 11:20am and the first to cross the finish line was Lana Lacey from Club Northwest with a time of 22.06. Avery Daniels was the Trojans top finisher in 33rd place with a time of 25:27. The next to cross for Everett was in 42nd place and that was Chanel Ridiros with a time of 26:19.   • 10/22 Soccer plays in Bellingham - The Men's & Women's Soccer Teams will be in Bellingham, WA on Saturday, October 22nd to play the Orcas of Whatcom CC. The Women's game will start at 12:00pm with the Men's game following at 2:15pm. Both league games will be played on the campus of Whatcom CC.   • Volleyball at LCC X-over results 10/14 - Friday, October 14th, the Volleyball Team was in Longview, WA to participate the 2016 NWAC Crossover Tournament hosted by Lower Columbia College. Their first game was against Clackamas CC Cougars at 1:00pm. Clackamas won in 2 sets with scores of 25-17 & 25-12. At 4:00pm the Trojans faced the host school - Lower Columbia College Red Devils. Lower Columbia won with scores of 25-12 & 25-8. The Trojans third and final match of the tournament was against the Warriors of Walla Walla CC at 5:00pm The Warriors won with scores of 25-19 & 25-8. No stats are reported for tournaments. Everett is now 0-6 in league and 3-20 overall.
     
  • 10/21 Volleyball hosts Whatcom CC - On Friday, October 21st, the Orcas of Whatcom Community College will be in the Walt Price Student Fitness Center for a volleyball match with the Trojans. The first set of the league match will start at 7:00pm.  Admission is $5.00 per person 12 years old and up. Current EvCC Students/Staff/Faculty are Free with current EvCC ID - ID must be shown to receive free admission!
     
  • 10/15 Day 2 of LCC Volleyball Crossover Cancelled - The Trojan Volleyball Team participated in the first day of the Lower Columbia College Crossover Tournament in Longview, WA on Friday, October 14th. Due to the possible weather and the safety of the traveling teams, the decision was made to cancel the second day of the tournament - Oct. 15th.
     
  • 10/15 Soccer games postponed - Due to the anticipated weather on Saturday, October 15th, the two league soccer games that the Trojans were to host with the Edmonds CC Tritons have been moved to Monday, October 17th. The Women will start at 2:00pm and the Men will start at 4:15pm. Both games will be played on Field #2 at Kasch Park - 8811 Airport Rd/Kasch Park Rd. Admission is free to all!!
     
  • 10/14 Softball Cancelled - The Fall Ball Softball games that the Trojans were hosting against the Grays Harbor Chokers on Friday, October 14th have been cancelled due to the weather. At this time, it has not been determined if the games will be rescheduled.
     
  • Volleyball lose in 4 sets to Olympic 10/12 - The Volleyball Team hosted a league match with the Rangers of Olympic College on Wednesday, Oct. 12th. The match was played in the Walt Price Student Fitness Center with the first set starting at 7:00pm. The first set was won by Olympic with a score of 25-23. Everett won the second set 25-21. After the mandatory 10 minute break, Olympic won the third set 25-15 and then went onto win the fourth and deciding set 25-22.   • Soccer results from Skagit Valley 10/12 - The Soccer Teams were in Mount Vernon, WA on Wednesday, Oct. 12th playing league games with the Cardinals of Skagit Valley College. The Women started at 2:00pm and while Cardinal Keeper Brittany DeNike had 17 saves, she wasn't able to stop all of the shots! Trojan Keeper recorded the shutout with 1 save. Everett scored 4 goals in the game - by Claire Nelson in the 6th minute; Danielle Baker on the assist from Baylee Houston in the 9th minute; Kristin Snyder in the 70th minute and Nelson in the 84th minute. Everett Women are now 5-5-0 (win-loss-tie) in league and 7-6-0 overall with 15 points, 32 goals for, 20 goals against and 4 shutouts. Skagit Valley Women are now 0-8-2 in league and 0-9-3 overall with 2 points, 2 goals for, 39 goals against and 1 shutout. The Men's game started at 4:15pm and neither team was able to score in the first half. Everett took the lead in the second half in the 55th minute on a goal by Baldemar Martinez on the assist from Carlos Dacunha. Martinez scored again in the 62nd minute to take a 2-0 lead. Skagit responded in the 76th minute on a goal by Christian Zavala, who also scored to tie the game in the 90th minute. Game ended in a 2-2 tie. Trojan Keeper Zachary Gudakov had 15 saves and Cardinal Keeper Raphael Jimenez had 12 saves. Everett Men are now 0-7-3 (win-loss-tie) in league and 1-7-5 overall with 3 points, 18 goals for and 41 goals against.   • Trojan Soccer lose at Shoreline CC 10/8 - The Trojan Men's & Women's Soccer Teams were at Shoreline CC to play the Dolphins. The league games were played on the Shoreline campus in Shoreline, WA and started at 12:00pm. In the Women's game, the Trojans scored first with a goal by Bailey Haynes-Formon in the 25th minute. The Dolphins answered in the 43rd minute with a goal from Brooklyn Gratzer on the assist from Taylor Simmons to make it a 1-1 game going into halftime. In the second half, the Dolphins scored again in the 65th minute by Madisson Lowdon. They scored their third and final goal, 3 minutes later by Sheylanne Thompson on the assist from Lowdon. Shoreline wins 3-1. Trojan Keeper Myah Rhodes had 2 saves and Dolphin Keeper Nazarena Hernandez had 6 saves. Everett Women are now 4-0-5 (win-tie-loss) in league and 6-0-6 overall with 12 points, 28 goals for, 20 goals against and 3 shutouts. Shoreline Women are now 4-3-2 in league and 6-3-2 overall with 15 points, 17 goals for, 10 goals against and 4 shutouts. In the Men's game that began at 2:15pm, it was definitely an Dolphin Day! There was no goals scored in the first half until the 38th minute and that was by Shoreline's Angel Alcaraz on the assist from Noe Allen. After halftime, in the 48th minute, Tim Schneider for the Dolphins scored on the assist from Alcaraz. Five minutes later the Dolphins Callahan Gobel scored in the 53rd minute to make it 3-0. Then in back to back goals in the 68th (Austin Burton) & 69th minutes (Allen from Burton), Shoreline made it a 5-0 game. The Trojans were able to stop a shutout when Elias Abrego scored in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, that was Everett's only goal, yet the Dolphins weren't done. Cristian O'Reilly scored their 6th and final goal in the 82nd minute. Everett's Keeper Zach Gudakov had 7 saves and Shoreline's Keeper Steven Moseley had 9 saves. Everett Men are now 0-2-7 (win-tie-loss) in league and 1-4-7 overall with 2 points, 16 goals for and 39 goals against.   • 10/15 Cross Country at the Emerald City Open - On the morning of Saturday, October 15th, the Men's & Women's Cross Country Teams will be in Seattle to participate in the 2016 Emerald City Open. The races will take place at the Lower Woodland Park and be hosted by Seattle University. The Men's 8K race will start at 10:00am and the Women's will follow.

Unfortunately, there were a number of missed serves that helped the Bulldogs win. Bellevue won the 3/5 match with set scores of 25-20, 25-11 & 25-22.   • Soccer splits with Whatcom CC 10/5 - At the Trojan Nation Game Day on Wednesday, October 5th, the Trojan Soccer Teams hosted the Orcas of Whatcom CC in league games. The Women's game began at 2:00pm and at the 10:25 mark Trojan Claire Nelson scored on the assist from Kristin Snyder. The first half ended with the Trojans leading 1-0. Two minutes and 19 seconds into the second half at 47:19, Nelson scored her second goal, this time unassisted. At 54:16, Karin Heisen scored for the Trojans on the assist from Nelson to make it a 3-0 game. The final goal of the game came at 63:56 from Snyder on the assist from Heisen to give the Trojans the 4-0 win. Trojan Keeper Myah Rhodes had 4 saves while Orca Keeper Ciara Nice had 6 saves. Everett Women are now 4-0-4 (win-tie-loss) in league and 6-0-5 overall with 12 points, 27 goals for, 17 goals against and 3 shutouts. Whatcom Women are 5-1-2 in league and 6-2-3 overall with 16 points, 16 goals for, 20 goals against and 4 shutouts. The Men's game started at 4:15pm and at 13:01, Orca Elijah Smith scored on the assist from Eridan Neithardt-Smith. That was the only goal in the first half. In the second half, Smith scored the Orcas second goal at 54:02 on the assist from Nathan Sanders and then about 10 minutes later at 64:38, Smith assisted Jerry Merveille on the Orcas third and final goal. Whatcom wins 3-0. Trojan Keeper Zach Gudakov had 5 saves and Orcas Keeper Ryan Peters had 5 saves.   • 10/3 Athletic Director and Men's Basketball Head Coach Walker to retire - On Monday, October 3rd, Coach Walker informed the 2016-2017 Men's Basketball Team that he was going to be stepping down as the Head Coach. His words "You have just witnessed history today. This was my last basketball practice." His coaching career spans 41 years. The last official day as Athletic Director will be on November 15th. Coach Walker has had a positive impact on hundreds of student-athletes lives both on the court and off - basketball as well as every other sport EvCC offers.  Many of his basketball players have gone on to become coaches themselves at the high school and college levels. One of his past players used the hashtag of #ICON in his description and thank you to Coach Walker. He will be greatly missed as the Men's Basketball Coach as well as the Athletic Director. As the AD, he was instrumental to getting the new gymnasium built along with getting the EvCC Athletic Hall of Fame started. He served on numerous committees both on campus and off and helped get EvCC to 11 Intercollegiate Sports Teams. His service for the student-athletes of EvCC has been incredible. His accolades are too numerous to list. Everyone that knows him, knows the impact he has had here at EvCC and for Trojan Athletics. We in Trojan Athletics wish him nothing but the best and hopes that he enjoys his retirement. We hope that we will still see him at some Trojan games! Thank you Coach Walker.

Pirates led 2-1 at halftime. In the 48th minute, Everett scored on their own goal to give the Pirates a 3-1 lead.   • Charles Bowles Invite Cross Country results 10/1 - The Men's & Women's Cross Country Teams traveled to Salem, OR to participate in the 2016 Charles Bowles Invitational Cross Country Meet. The meet took place on Saturday, October 1st at Bush Pasture Park. The Men's Gold 8K race started at 10:00am with the Women's Gold 5K race starting at 11:20am. The first to cross the finish line in the Men's race was unattached (not part of a college team) and crossed in 24:31.4 - Austin Tamagno. First to cross for the Trojans was in 130th place by Garren Arnold with a time of 27:43.4. Trojan Antonio Hernandez crossed in 133rd place at 27:44.9. Everett Men took 18th place with 532 points. In the Women's race, Northwest Christian's Sierra Brown crossed the finish line first with a time of 17:32.4. Avery Daniels was the top finisher for the Trojans in 83rd place with a time of 20:06.1. Sarah Manning was next for the Trojans in 98th place with a time of 20:42.7. Everett Women finished with 382 points and in 12th place.   • 10/8 Softball plays at Yakima Valley CC - The Trojan Softball Team will be in Yakima, WA to play a Fall Ball double header with the Yaks of Yakima Valley CC on Saturday, October 8th.   • Trojan Volleyball lose in 3 to Edmonds CC 9/30 - The Tritons of Edmonds CC hosted the Trojan Volleyball Team on Friday, September 30th for a league match in Lynnwood, WA. The match that started at 7:00pm only went three sets. Edmonds won all three with scores of 25-22, 25-10 and 25-17. Everett is now 0-4 in league and 3-15 overall with Edmonds being 1-2 in league and 19-8 overall. For Everett ~ Emma Lessley had 6 Kills & 11 Digs; Mia Due with 12 Digs and Kaelyn Cornell had 6 Assists.   • 10/7 Trojans host Bellevue College Volleyball - Friday, October 7th, the Trojan Volleyball Team will host the Bulldogs of Bellevue College in a league match.   • Volleyball lose at Skagit Valley College 9/28 - On Wednesday, September 28th, the Trojan Volleyball team was in Mount Vernon, WA to play a league match with the Cardinals of Skagit Valley College. The first set began at 7:00pm. The Cardinals won the match in three sets with scores of 25-14, 25-21 and 25-18. For Everett - Natalie Olson had 8 Kills; Mia Due had 10 Digs and Kaelyn Cornell had 21 Assists. For Skagit Valley - Dani Johnson had 10 Kills; Peyton Morris had 16 Assists; Kayla Thurman had 15 Assists; Haley Beiermann had 14 Digs and Laura Lathrop had 4 Blocks. Everett is now 0-3 in league and 3-14 overall while Skagit Valley is 2-1 in league and 13-7 overall.
     
  • Trojan Soccer split at Edmonds CC 9/28 - The Trojan Men's & Women's Soccer Teams played at Edmonds CC on Wednesday, September 28th for league games with the Tritons. The Women's game began at 4:00pm and in the 15th minute, Karin Heisen scored the Trojans first goal. At the 25th minute, Claire Nelson scored the Trojans second goal. Right before the end of the first half, Trojan Baylee Houston on the assist from Camryn Cross scored in the 41st minute to make it 3-0. The only goal in the second half was scored in the 64th minute by the Trojans Nelson. Everett won 4-0. Trojan Keeper had 4 saves and recorded the shutout. Triton Keepers Jourdyn Tollum had 2 saves and Justice Kleiner had 3 saves. Everett Women are now 3-0-3 (win-tie-loss) in league and 5-0-4 overall with 9 points, 23 goals for, 16 goals against and 2 shutouts. Edmonds Women are now 1-1-4 in league and 1-1-6 overall with 3 points, 5 goals for, 30 goals against and 1 shutout. The Men's game that started at 6:15pm only had two goals, both in the second half. The first goal was by Everett's Jason Bradbury in the 54th minute with the assist from Zach Troupe. In the 70th minute, the other goal was scored and unfortunately, it was by Everett but in their own goal, so Edmonds got the score. The game ended in a 1-1 tie. Trojan Keeper Zach Gudakov had 4 saves and Triton Keeper Isaac Ensz had 2 saves. Everett Men are now 0-2-4 (win-tie-loss) in league and 1-4-4 overall with 2 points, 14 goals for and 24 goals against. Edmonds Men are now 3-2-1 in league and 6-2-2 overall with 11 points, 18 goals for, 15 goals against and 3 shutouts.
     
  • 10/5 Soccer hosts Orcas of Whatcom CC - On Wednesday, the Orcas of Whatcom CC will be at Kasch Park to play the Trojans in league soccer games. The Women's game will start at 2:00pm with the Men's game to follow at 4:15pm. Both games will be played on Field #2, with free admission for all. Kasch Park is located at 8811 Airport Rd/Kasch Park Rd. It is also going to be TROJAN NATION GAME DAY!!! Come out watch some great soccer and try the half time game for a chance at a prize!
     
  • Soccer takes on Skagit Valley College 9/24 - The Trojan Soccer teams hosted the Cardinals of Skagit Valley College on Saturday, September 24th at Kasch Park. The Women's game started at 12:00pm, and this was the Trojans game. Everett's Claire Nelson scored their first goal at 25:54 into the game. That goal was the only goal in the first half. In the second half, at 52:17, Kristin Snyder for Everett scored on the assist from Baylee Houston to make it a 2-0 game. Less than 10 minutes later, at 61:30, Nelson scored her second goal and Everett's third goal on the assist from Snyder. Then at 67:51, Karin Heisen scored the fourth and final goal on the assist from Nelson. Everett won 4-0. Trojan Keeper Myah Rhodes recorded the shutout and had 1 save, which was the only shot that the Cardinals had on goal in the game. Cardinal Keeper Tara Augustoni had 10 saves. Everett Women are now 2-0-3 (win-tie-loss) in league and 4-0-4 overall with 6 points, 19 goals for, 16 goals against and 1 shutout. Skagit Valley Women are now 0-0-5 in league and 0-1-6 overall with 1 goal for and 19 goals against.  The Men's game started at 2:15pm. This game went back and forth all game, as Trojan Keeper Daniel Camplejohn had 13 saves and Cardinal Keeper Rapheal Jimenez had 9 saves. The Trojans scored first with a goal at 37:00 by Baldemar Martinez on the assist from Ariaan Cardenas. The Cardinals tied the game up in the second half on the goal by Fredy Ruiz on the assist from Baruc Galvan. When the game ended, both teams had only scored 1 - tie game! Trojan Men are now 0-1-4 (win-tie-loss) in league and 1-3-4 overall with 1 point, 13 goals for and 23 goals against.   • NWAC Preview Cross Country results 9/24 - The 2016 NWAC Preview Cross Country Meet took place on Saturday, September 24th at Saint Martin's University in Lacey, WA in addition to the Saint Martin's Invite. In the Women's 5K race, Shannon Porter from the host school Saint Martin's won with at time of 17:50.10. Everett's top finisher was Avery Daniels in 32nd place with a time of 20:48.90. The next finisher for the Trojans, was Jessa Barth in 54th place at 22:10.20. The Everett's Women's team finished with 250 points in 10th place. In the Men's 8K race, Clark College's Sam Garvin was the winner in 26:00.40. Everett's top finisher Antonio Hernandez came in at 28:11.50 in 58th place. The next finisher for the Trojans was Zachary Cushman in 69th place with a time of 28:45.70.  Everett Men finished in 10th place with 291 points. The first game will start at 10:00am with the approximate starting times of the others at 1:00pm, 4:00pm and 6:00pm. All games to be played at the Everett Memorial Stadium. Everett is 0-1 in league and 3-12 overall and Shoreline is 1-0 in league and 6-10 overall.
     
  • Soccer lose both to the ShCC Dolphins 9/21 - Kasch Park on Wednesday, September 21st was the place that the Trojan Soccer Teams faced the Dolphins of Shoreline CC. The Women's league game started at 2:00pm and there was no goal scored in the first half until right before halftime at 44:44 by Shoreline's Careena Alaoui on the assist from Mikayla Morgan. The Dolphins kept that 1-0 lead until 81:18 when Everett's Kristin Snyder scored. At 82:46, Alaoui scored the Dolphins second goal. Trojan Karin Heisen tied the game up at 85:37. Alaoui scored her third goal and the go ahead/game winning goal at 89:29 for Shoreline. Trojan Keeper Myah Rhodes had 7 saves and Dolphin Keeper Nazarena Hernandez had 3 saves. Trojan Women are now 1-0-3 (win-tie-loss) in league and 3-0-4 overall with 3 points, 15 goals for and 16 goals against. Dolphin Women are now 2-1-1 in league and 4-1-1 overall with 6 points, 11 goals for, 5 goals against and 2 shutouts.  The Men's league game began at 2:15pm. Trojan Victor Ramirez was able to score at 6:12. It stayed 1-0 for Everett until there was a penalty in the box which resulted in a PK (penalty kick) at 20:52, that was taken by Shoreline's Callahan Gobel and was good. The first half ended in a 1-1 tie. That tie only lasted about 3 minutes into the second half when Dolphin Angel Alcaraz scored at 47:50. The final was Everett 1 Shoreline 2. Trojan Keeper Daniel Camplejohn had 9 saves and Dolphin Keeper Dean Bartlett had 8 saves. Trojan Men are now 0-0-4 (win-tie-loss) in league and 1-2-4 overall with 12 goals for and 22 goals against. Dolphin Men are now 1-0-3 in league and 2-0-4 overall with 3 points, 9 goals for and 14 goals against.

  • Soccer lose two at Whatcom CC 9/17 - The Trojan Soccer Teams were at Whatcom CC in Bellingham, WA on Saturday, September 17th to play the Orcas in league games. In the Women's game that started at 12:00pm, the only goal in the first half was scored by Whatcom's Bostynn Barnes in the 33rd minute. The second half had 2 goals scored and both were by Whatcom. Their second goal was by Elizabeth Meyers with the assist from Leah Rostov in the 57th minute. Their third goal as in the 65th minute by Dasia Washington. Trojan Keeper Myah Rhodes had 4 saves and Orca Keeper Ciara Nice had 5 saves. Everett Women are now 1-0-2 (win-tie-loss) in league and 3-0-3 overall with 3 points, 13 goals for and 13 goals against. Whatcom Women are now 3-0-0 in league and 4-1-0 overall with 9 points, 12 goals for, 7 goals against and 3 shutouts. The Men's game was interesting, as it had 2 PK's (penalty kicks) in it. The first goal was scored in the 7th minute by Whatcom's Simon Tecle. Three minutes later, Elijah Smith on the pass from Derek Kuhn scored the Orcas second goal. While 17 minutes later, Smith got the assist on the goal by Kuhn. Then right before halftime, Everett was able to get on the board with a goal by Baldemar Martinez on the assist from Carlos Dacunha.  At halftime, Whatcom lead 3-1. In the 52nd minute, Dacunha scored on the assist from Terrence Miller to cut the Orcas lead to one goal. Unfortunately for Everett, it wouldn't stay that way for long. In the 58th minute, Orca Chay Mattes scored on the assist from Alain Murhula to take back the 2 goal lead, 4-2. Jordi Castro made it 5-2 for Whatcom in the 70th minute and in the 87th minute, Murhula scored on the assist from Marco Solis to make it 6-2. Whatcom won.   • Cross Country results from Sun Dodger Invite 9/17 - The Men's & Women's Cross Country Teams were are Upper Woodland Park to participate in the 2016 Sun Dodger Invite hosted by the University of Washington on Saturday, September 17th. The Women's 6K race started at 9:00am. Everett's top finisher was Sarah Manning who finished in 182nd place with a time of 24:59.50. Manning was followed by Chloe Gardner in 186th place with a time of 25:03.00. The Women's winner was Regan Yee from Trinity Western University with a time of 20:29.30. The Women's Team finished in 27th place with 837 points. In the Men's 8K race that started at 11:00am, Everett's Men's Team finished in 25th place with 810 points. Everett's top finisher was Antonio Hernandez in 176th place with a time of 27:18.60. The next runner for Everett finished in 201st place with a time of 27:51.40 and that was Zachary Cushman.   • 9/24 Baseball at Sophomore Showcase in Bellevue - On Saturday, September 24th, the 2016 NWAC Baseball Sophomore All-Star Event will take place at Bellevue College in Bellevue, WA. The 1-day event will start about 9:30am at Courter Field on the campus if Bellevue College. This is a great time for professional baseball scouts and 4 year coaches to see the talent the the NWAC has.

  • Soccer both lose vs Peninsula College 9/14 - On Wednesday, September 14th, the Trojan Soccer Teams hosted the Pirates of Peninsula College. The Women's game started at 2:00pm and 44 seconds into the game, Maddy Parton scored the Pirates first goal of the game on the assist from Sydney Warren. Then at 16:05, Jazmin Ramos made it a 2-0 game in favor of Peninsula, and that was how the first half ended. During the second half, the Pirates scored their third goal at 78:08 by Ellie Small. Five minutes later, the Pirates scored their  final goal by Bri Vallente on the assist from Hoku Afong. Everett was unable to score in the game and Peninsula won the game 4-0. Trojan Keeper, Myah Rhodes had 7 saves and Pirate Keepr Akari Hoshino had 4 saves. Everett Women are now 1-0-1 (win-tie-loss) in league and 3-0-2 overall with 3 points, 13 goals for and 10 goals against. Peninsula Women are 2-0-0 in league and 3-1-1 overall with 6 points, 11 goals for, 4 goals against and 3 shutouts. The Men's Game started at 4:15pm and was scoreless until 34:40 when Everett's Jason Bradbury scored. At 39:02 Everett's Ariaan Cardenas scored to make it 2-0 and that was how the first half ended. During the second half, the Pirates came alive and scored their first goal at 50:15 by Jose Soto. Their second goal came in at 66:25 from Juan Carrillo to tie the game. The Pirates go ahead goal was by Salvador Vargas at 70:51. At 77:15 the Pirates took a two goal lead with the goal by Adrain Benitez. The final goal of the game was scored by Kevin Medina of Peninsula at 81:21. The Pirates won 5-2. Trojan Keeper Daniel Camplejohn had 7 saves and Pirate Keepers Sergio Uribe and Brannon Dwyer each had 1 save.   • Trojan Soccer split with Tritons 9/10 - The league opener for the Trojan Soccer Teams took place on Saturday, September 10th at Kasch Park against the Edmonds CC Tritons. In the Women's game that started at 12:00pm, the Trojans jumped on the scoreboard with a goal by Claire Nelson at 2:49 into the game with the assist from Kristin Snyder. At 6:44 into the game, Trojan Karin Heisen scored on the assist from Nelson. Trojan Amanda Gonzalez scored their 3rd goal at 26:53. Snyder scored on the assist from Madison King at 29:08. At the end of the first half, Everett had the 4-0 lead. Sixteen minutes into the second half, at 61:09 the Tritons were able to get on the scoreboard with a goal from Layla Spurr. The Trojans added another goal at 69:32 from Baylee Houston on the assist from Nelson. The final goal of the game was scored at 85:28 by Trojan Heisen on the assist from Houston. This makes is a 6-1 victory for the Trojans. Everett Keeper Myah Rhodes had 3 saves and Edmonds Keeper Jourdyn Tollum had 13 saves. Everett Women are now 1-0-0 in league and 3-1-0 overall with 3 points, 13 goals for and 6 goals against. Edmonds Women are 0-1-0 in league and 0-3-0 overall with 0 points, 2 goals for and 14 goals against. The Men's game began at 2:15pm and 6:37 into the game Triton Mohamed Elmoghrbi scored their first goal. About 7 minutes later, on the assist from Lamin Dampha, Hector Palomera scored the Tritons 2nd goal. Then at 42:41, Elmoghrbi scored his second goal and the Tritons third goal on the assist from Edgar Navarro to make it a 3-0 lead going into half time. It wasn't until 67:45 that the Tritons scored their fourth and final goal, with Elmoghrbi getting his third goal of the game. Unfortunately, the Trojans were unable to score and the Tritons won 4-0. Trojan Keeper Daniel Camplejohn had 7 saves and with 6 saves, Triton Keeper John Seymour recorded the shutout. Everett Men are now 0-1-0 in league and 1-1-2 overall with 0 points, 7 goals for and 9 goals against.   • 9/17 Baseball fall ball at Mt. Hood CC - The Trojan Baseball Team will travel to Gresham, OR on Saturday, September 17th to play three fall ball games with the Saints of Mt. Hood CC. The first game will start at 12:00pm with the second at 3:00pm and the final game of the day at 6:00pm. Directions to Mt. Hood CC are under the directions link to the right.
     
  • 9/17 Soccer travels to Whatcom CC - The Trojan Men's & Women's Soccer Teams will be in Bellingham, WA to play league games with the Whatcom CC Orcas. The field is on the Whatcom campus - directions to the game are under the directions link to the right. The Women will start at 12:00pm and the Men will start at 2:15pm.
     
  • 9/17-9/18 Trojan Volleyball Invite in Walt Price Student Fitness Center - On September 17th & 18th, the Trojan Volleyball Invitational will take place in the Walt Price Student Fitness Center. The first games on Saturday start at 11:00am and then every hour after that - all matches will be 2/3. Sunday is bracket day and the first games will start at 9:00am with the 1st round matches being 3/5, with the loser half becoming 2/3 and the winner half remaining 3/5. There will be 12 teams participating - Pool A - Blue Mountain CC, Olympic College, Pierce College, Edmonds CC. Pool B - Tacoma CC, Bellevue College, Columbia Basin College, Whatcom CC and Pool C - Highline CC, University of Fraser Valley, South Puget Sound CC and  Everett CC. Admission each day is $5.00 per person 12 years old and up. Current EvCC Students/Staff/Faculty are Free with current EvCC ID - ID must be shown to receive free admission!
     
  • 9/17 Cross Country at Sun Dodger Invite - On Saturday, September 17th, the Trojan Men's & Women's Cross Country Teams will be at Lincoln Park in Seattle, WA to participate in the 2016 Sun Dodger Invitational Meet hosted by the University of Washington. The Women's 6,000m Open Race will begin at 9:00am with the Men's 8,000m Open Race starting at 11:00am. Lincoln Park is located at 8011 Fauntleroy Way SW., Seattle, WA 98136.
     
  • Men's Soccer ties at South Puget Sound CC 9/7 - The Men's Soccer team traveled to the RAC (Regional Athletic Complex in Olympia, WA on Wednesday, September 7th to play a non-league game with the South Puget Sound CC Clippers. The game began at 6:00pm and in the 22nd minute, the Clippers scored first with a goal by Juan Vega. In the 31st minute, Clipper Coby Castillo scored to make it 2-0 going into half time. In the second half, Trojan Ariaan Cardenas scored in the 59th minute and again in the 85th minute to tie the game up. It finished in a 2-2 tie. Trojan Keeper Daniel Camplejohn had 5 saves and Clipper Keeper Payton White had 8 saves. Everett is now 1-0-2 overall and South Puget Sound is 0-2-2 overall.
     
  • Women's Soccer lose at Lane CC 9/7 - On September 6th the Trojan Women's Soccer Team traveled to Eugene, OR to play the Lane CC Titans on Wednesday, September 7th. The non-league game started at 1:00pm. The Titans scored in the 6th minute by Jordyn Dion with the assist from Ally King. In the 10th minute, Dion assisted Pikake Hix to make it a 2-0 game in favor of Lane. The first half ended with that 2-0 score. Eight minutes into the second half at the 53rd minute, Titans Crystal Adame scored on the assist from Erica Ritter. The Trojans had some chances to score, but were unable to get the ball into the back of the net. Trojan Keeper, Myah Rhodes had 1 save while Titan Keepers Nora Goodrie had 2 saves and Abigail Ditter had 1 save. Everett is now 2-1-0 overall and Lane is 2-2-1 overall.
     
  • 9/14 Trojan Soccer hosts Peninsula College - The Pirates of Peninsula College will be at Kasch Park to play league soccer games with the Trojans. The Women's game will start at 2:00pm and the Men's game following at 4:15pm. The games will be played on field #2 and admission is free to all!

  • Volleyball lose in 3 sets to LCC 9/3 - The Trojan Volleyball team hosted the Red Devils of Lower Columbia College on Saturday, September 3rd in a non-league match. The first set began at 10:00am in the Walt Price Student Fitness Center. The match only went 3 sets with Lower Columbia winning all three sets with scores of 25-18, 25-12 and 25-17.   • 9/10 Soccer hosts 1st league games - On Saturday, September 10th, the Trojan Soccer Teams will host the 1st league games of the 2016 season against the Tritons of Edmonds CC.   • Volleyball mini tournament results 8/30 - Results for the Trojan mini tournament are: 5:00pm matches ~ Grays Harbor College beat Everett CC in 5 sets with scores of 19-25, 21-25, 25-22, 25-17 & 15-8 and Shoreline CC beat Mt. Hood CC in 5 sets with scores of 25-17, 24-26, 25-17, 24-26 & 15-12. In the 7:00pm matches ~ Everett CC beat Mt. Hood CC in 3 sets with scores of 25-23, 23-25 & 15-10 and Grays Harbor College beat Shoreline CC in 3 sets with scores of 22-25, 25-22 & 15-11.   • Soccer & Volleyball results 8/28 - In the second day of the 2016 NWAC Soccer Friendly's and Volleyball Fall Festival - the Men's Soccer Team was able to get the "W" over the Knights of Wenatchee Valley College 3-1. In the 40th minute, Wenatchee's Isidro Najera scored the Knights only goal. It wasn't until the second half that the Trojans were able to score, in the 65th minute by Carlos Dacunha, the 71st minute by Cristian Correa with the assist from Baldemar Martinez, and the 85th minute Baldemar Martinez on the assist from Zach Troupe. Trojan Keeper Daniel Camplejohn had 3 saves while the two Knight Keepers had 8 saves (Miguel Alvarez 6 & Alex Sanabria 2). Everett Men are now 1-0-1 overall and Wenatchee Valley is 1-1-0 overall. In the Women's Soccer game with the Bulldogs of Bellevue College, the Trojans scored in the 9th minute by Madison King, assisted by Baylee Houston, and then right before halftime, Claire Nelson scored on the assist from Kristin Snyder to make it 2-0 in favor of Everett. In the 79th minute, Nelson scored again and a minute later Snyder had another assist this time to Danielle Baker. The Bulldogs Rachel Baker scored their only goal in the 82nd minute. Bellevue Keeper Mikaela Powers had 14 saves. Everett Women are now 2-0-0 overall and Bellevue is 0-2-0 overall. In the two volleyball matches that the Trojans played, Everett went 1-1. The Trojans beat the Vikings of Big Bend CC in 2 sets with scores of 25-19 & 25-21 in the 9am match. In the 11am match, the Trojans fell to the Cougars of Clackamas CC in 4 sets with scores of 24-26, 26-24, 25-16, 25-13. Everett finishes at the Fall Festival 1-5 overall.   • Soccer & Volleyball results 8/27 - The NWAC hosted Soccer Friendly's and Volleyball Fall Festival on Saturday, had the Trojan Men's Soccer Team ending their game with North Idaho College in a 2-2 tie.  NIC got on the board first with a goal by Muganza Katanga in the 8th minute, which was the only goal in the first half. One minute into the second half, NIC's Garrett Flolo scored their second goal to make it a 2-0 game until the 62nd minute when Ariaan Cardenas scored the Trojans first goal. Eight minutes later with an assist from Baldemar Martinez, Cardenas scored again for the Trojans to tie the game. Everett Keeper Daniel Camplejohn had 10 saves and North Idaho Keeper Garrett Boyce had 5 saves. Everett is now 0-0-1 overall and North Idaho College is 0-0-1 overall.  In the Women's Soccer game Claire Nelson for the Trojans scored in the 36th minute on the assist from Kristin Snyder and then to tie the game before halftime, Clark's Ellie Quercia scored in the 40th minute. In the 67th minute, Nelson scored again to make it a 2-1 game, until the 89th minute when Camryn Cross scored Everett's third and final goal to win the game 3-1. Trojan Keeper Myah Rhodes had 6 saves and Clark Keeper had 11 saves. Everett is now 1-0-0 overall and Clark is 0-1-0 overall. For the Volleyball Team they lost all four of their matches on Saturday - Grays Harbor beat them 25-18, 19-25, 15-13 at 10:15am; Wenatchee Valley beat them 25-16, 25-23 at 12:45pm; Mt. Hood CC beat them 25-19, 25-18 at 3:15pm and at 4:30 Green River CC beat them 9-25, 25-12, 17-15. Everett finished the day 0-4 overall. Photo Credit - Daniel Acosta

  • 8/27 - 8/28 M&W Soccer at NWAC Friendly's; Volleyball at NWAC Fall Festival - Over the weekend of August 27th & 28th, the NWAC will be hosting two events at Willamlane Sports Complex in Springfield, OR - The 2016 Soccer Friendly's and the 2016 Volleyball Fall Festival. On Saturday the 27th - the Men's Soccer Team will play North Idaho College at 9:00am; the Women's Soccer Team will play Clark College at 10:00am and the Volleyball Team will play Grays Harbor College at 10:15am, Wenatchee Valley College at 12:45pm, Mount Hood CC at 3:15pm and Green River CC at 4:30pm. On Sunday the 28th - the Men's Soccer Team will play Wenatchee Valley College at 8:00am; the Women's Soccer Team will play Bellevue College at 10:00am; the Volleyball Team will play Big Bend CC at 9:00am and Clackamas CC at 11:00am.   • 8/1 Fall Sports 1st Practices - August 1st is the date mandated by the NWAC as the 1st practice date for the 2016 Fall Sports. Men's & Women's Cross Country, Men's & Women's Soccer and Volleyball can all start on that date. If you are interested in trying out for one of the mentioned teams, please contact the Head Coach or Athletic Director Larry Walker (contact information is under Coaches Directory link to the right).

Student-athletes will also need to completely fill out a packet of paperwork and have a current physical (a physical in 2015 or 2016 is considered current) before they can partake in practice.
