50% Refunds and Full Exchanges will be offered until the 15th Day of Term. Special OrdersRefunds on special orders will be made unless prohibited by the manufacturer or vendor. Return periods for special orders follow departmental return dates (for example, textbooks can only be returned within the first 5 days of each term). Note: There is a restocking fee to refund special orders. SoftwareWe cannot accept returns on software if the seal has been opened. Unopened software may be returned within 14 days of purchase. General Book, Supplies, Gift Items, Clothing and Other Merchandise -- Full refunds are given within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is in new and saleable condition (including labels and packaging). Please ask about refunds if you have any questions. Text Buy BackWe work directly with a national used book company to pay you up to 50% of your purchase price depending on stock levels, requests from instructors, edition changes and national supply and demand. We attempt to buyback every book we can and will give as much information as possible. Titles might not be bought back for certain reasons including; missing pages, too much writing, water damage, too much damage to cover and/or binding, missing package pieces and new editions. Materials from the EvCC Print Shop will not be bought back due to copyright laws. Buyback is during final exams week each quarter. Additional Services
