Concert: Steve Means
Tuesday, Mar. 5, 2013 12:30pm - 1:30pm
Location:
Parks Cafe
Steve Means is a solo artist from Tennessee, whose self-proclaimed 'Soul-brewed Pop from Nashvegas' combines a unique blend of many musical styles including rock, pop and acoustic folk rock. Drawing from so many inspirations, Steve Means' music will excite the diverse students of EvCC with a sound everyone can sway to.
Emerging from the depths of the Nashville music scene, Steve Means began to record in 2007 and has released two albums to date. His music has been compared to the sounds of John Mayer and Jason Mraz, and certain stylistic choices of Steve's may even reminisce of Justin Beiber.
Although Steve will perform covers of popular music, his talent is more genuinely expressed through his own compositions, which more honestly capture the true beauty of sound he creates with his rollicking voice and breezy guitar licks. Steve's confidence in his individual talent will inspire creative students on campus, as well as it will please avid listeners of popular acoustic music.
Please join Student Activities for this exciting musical event- Tuesday March 5th 2013 from 12:30 to 1:30 pm in Parks Café!
