Comic-Con Dance March 13
8:00pm

This year’s theme will be Comic-Con, and Everett Community College invites you to dress up as any character from any tv show, movie, anime, video game or even as yourself. You don’t have to have the real costume, we invite you to be creative and create your own for we will be having a costume contest with prizes! Come celebrate and dance your feet off in the Student Fitness Center! The music will be presented by DJ Mikey of Kiss 106.1 FM, who will also set the mood with an awesome light show that will take you to another dimension!

The Comic-Con Dance is on Friday, March 13, 2015 from 8:00pm-11:00pm. Admission to the dance is FREE with student ID and guests are welcome, however, we do ask that you have one student ID card per group of people, so bring a friend along to celebrate the upcoming end of the quarter! Come join us for a fun night of endless dancing! Please remember that all EvCC events are drug and alcohol free zones.  Remember to wear your favorite Comic-Con costume, but please leave any simulated weapons at home. We can’t wait to see you there!

Hilary Corna wants us to dream big. Every day in each of our lives, we have choices to make: Will I challenge myself today? Will I do what I really want to do, even if it is scary? Will I be fearless and say what I really mean? These are all questions that Hilary asks us to consider during her insightful presentation. She will share her inspirational journey with us, and narrate her experiences as a brave female, and the only white face in a foreign country. We will dare ourselves to do what we really want to do, today, and make a commitment to ourselves to overcome our biggest fears and accomplish our dreams. Join us for this inspirational presentation that will change your life forever, starting now.
