Typical Path

HR Essentials class is the foundation class and prerequisite for all other required classes. You may take any of these required classes in any order and/or concurrently: Employment Law, Talent Management - Finding and Keeping the Best, Managing Employee Performance, and Total Rewards. The HR Systems and Metrics class should be taken second to last of the required classes. The HR Capstone class should be taken as your last required class. Electives may be taken in any desired sequence.
