Human Resources Management Certificate Program Overview
The Human Resources Management Certificate Program requires 99 hours of course work. Our flexible schedule allows you to complete the program in a few quarters, or more gradually at your own pace.
Typical Path
HR Essentials class is the foundation class and prerequisite for all other core classes. You may take any of these core classes in any order and/or concurrently: Employment Law, Talent Management - Finding and Keeping the Best, Managing Employee Performance, Total Rewards, and HR Systems and Metrics. The HR Integration Capstone class should be taken as your last core class. Electives may be taken in any desired sequence.
