Refund/Change of Schedule Policy

Notification of cancellations or changes to your class schedule must be received by our office at least four working days in advance of your class start date to receive a refund or to have desired changes accommodated. There will be no refunds or changes for any reason if you notify us three working days or less of class start date. Credit-bearing CCEC classes have unique refund deadlines, which are stated in the class description. Please refer to the EvCC class schedule or the Corporate & Continuing Education Center mailer. If a workshop is canceled by Corporate & Continuing Education Center a full refund or schedule change will be issued.

Parking Guidelines

Parking fees for the dates and times of your class are included in your Corporate and Continuing Education Center’s (CCEC) registration fees for non-credit courses, and are valid for CCEC courses held at Everett Community College and Cascadia Community College locations. Your parking permit will be included with your registration confirmation email.  Permits must be clearly displayed on the driver’s side dashboard.  Permits are not valid in reserved, carpool, visitor or metered spaces.  Students are responsible for paying any tickets resulting from parking violations.  Permits are not required for weekend classes on the main campus of Everett Community College. Permits are not required at CCEC’s 2333 Seaway Boulevard location in Everett.

Registration Provisions

The provisions of the registration document are not to be construed as a contract between the student and Everett Community College. The college reserves the right to change any provision, fee, rule, requirement, policy, deadline, or procedure whenever necessary. Changes are posted in Admissions/Enrollment Services located in the Parks Student Union. The college reserves the right to withdraw or change courses at any time. Falsification of information on any admission, financial aid, or other materials submitted to the college may result in denial of admission or immediate dismissal from the college. Students are expected to be familiar with all college policies and rules and will be held responsible for observing such provisions.
