Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate ProgramLean Six Sigma is a business management strategy designed to transform an organization into a leaner, more efficient business by reducing costly waste and defects. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt works under the guidance of a Black Belt to analyze and solve quality problems and participate in quality improvement projects.

The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate program helps participants gain the required knowledge and skills to lead and implement (under the supervision of a Black Belt) Lean Six Sigma projects. Courses also help prepare participants for the ASQ Green Belt Certification exam.
