Lean Six Sigma is a business management strategy designed to transform an organization into a leaner, more efficient business by reducing costly waste and defects.
The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate program helps participants gain the required knowledge and skills to lead and implement Lean Six Sigma projects under the guidance of a Black Belt. Courses also help prepare participants for the ASQ Green Belt Certification exam.
