You can register for classes by logging into the Online Registration from the Student Kiosk or at Enrollment Services, located in the Parks Student Union on campus.

I am a new student at EvCC, taking eLearning courses, what do I need to do first?

Select Introduction to ANGEL Tutorial from the course list, click on the Lessons tab and select a task to get started. If you have any questions, contact the eLearning office.

Find a place near your location that offers Asset, Accuplacer, or Compass testing. You may be able to test at this location and send your scores to the Enrollment Services office.

I have been 'bumped' off the internet while taking an exam
|
Probable Cause
|
There are several things that can cause this to happen. Many times, this is caused by coflicts between ANGEL and unsupported browsers.
|
Possible Solution
|
- Ask your instructor to re-set the exam for you. Only your instructor will be able to do this.
- Contact the eLearning office with the specifics of what occurred and what can be done to prevent this from happening again.

Problem
|
I cannot post or read any posts in the discussion board.
|
Probable Cause
|
This is a known issue with Internet Explorer 10.
|
Possible Solution
|
Enable the compatability view in IE10
- Open the Web page you are trying to view.
- Click on the broken page icon typically located to the right of the address bar.
Note: Clicking this button will refresh the page. It is important not to do this on a page that may be sensitive to the refresh feature.
To add the web page to a list of permanent exceptions, meaning that the page would open in compatibility view automatically upon visiting the page, do the following:
- Click on the Tools menu in Internet Explorer.
- Click Compatibility View Settings.
Add an address into the Add this website field
- Click Add
- Click Close
Note: The use of Internet Explorer 10 with ANGEL is currently discouraged. The use of this compatibility view might not solve every compatibility issue and only serves as a temporary workaround.
Download FireFox and use this browser with ANGEL.
- Go to http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/personal.html
- Follow the directions for downloading.

If you want to view all posts, you need to:
1. Change the search type to All Posts from the View: dropdown and click Search
Or
2. You can access the discussion via the Lessons Tab (may be named different depending on the course) from the top of the page
