** ANGEL does not support AOL (America Online), or other 'proprietary' web-browsers, such as MSN. If you use AOL, MSN, or another proprietary browser, you will need to download Internet Explorer (IE). To connect to the internet after installing IE, minimize your default browser, then open IE and go ANGEL and login.

IE10 and ANGEL

Enable the compatability view in  IE10

  1. Open the Web page you are trying to view.
  2. Click on the broken page icon typically located to the right of the address bar.

Note: Clicking this button will refresh the page. It is important not to do this on a page that may be sensitive to the refresh feature.

To add the web page to a list of permanent exceptions, meaning that the page would open in compatibility view automatically upon visiting the page, do the following:

  1. Click on the Tools menu in Internet Explorer.
  2. Click F12 developer toos.
  3. Click browser mode: (choose any version lower than 10).

Note: The use of Internet Explorer 10 with ANGEL  is currently discouraged. The use of this compatibility view might not solve every compatibility issue and only serves as a temporary workaround.
