EvCC offers a wide variety of options for adults age 60 and over.
College level classes are open to senior citizens on a reduced tuition basis. Seniors may take up to two classes on an audit basis (non-credit) and pay only 25% of the state-tuition rate. Registration occurs on a space available basis, on the 6th day of the Quarter. You are invited to contact the College before the Quarter begins in order to start the process. Popular options include the arts, literature, cardiovascular exercise, Everett Chorale, and more. Contact Enrollment Services, listed to the right. You may also want to scroll through our online class listings.
The College's Corporate and Continuing Education Center offers a rich array of learning opportunities on a fee basis. Class times vary: evening, day, weekend. Popular courses range from bicycle repair to fly-fishing to retirement seminars to basic computer usage to arts and crafts to E-Bay selling! Many courses are affordable, beginning as low as $29.
If you left formal schooling early and want to pick up where you left off and earn your high school diploma, contact our High School Completion Program staff. They will warmly welcome you to a low cost and friendly program that's aimed at helping you reach your goals.
Each quarter over 450 senior citizens attend EvCC classes. As a community college, EvCC welcomes students of all ages. In each classroom you will find a diversity of age, experience and background.
