How to Apply for Admission
The Application Process
Use this guide to ensure you complete all the necessary steps.
EvCC accepts applications for all Quarters on a continual basis. We encourage students to apply or adjust their status online, or students may fill out an Adjustment to Admission Status form  and return it to Enrollment Services, as early as possible in relation to the beginning of the quarter they plan to begin classes. Online applications and adjust to status forms will receive information for completing the next steps of your admission electronically, so please make sure you put a valid email address on your application. Student should check the deadline to apply for "priority" admission, this information can be found on our Important Dates Calendar. Processing times will vary, we recommend that you allow 5 - 7 business days for your online application to be processed. Applicants may notice longer processing times during peak quarters. Applicants are able to check the status of their online application by logging into the WEB Admissions Center. Students should have full access to the Student Kiosk once the PIN has been assigned. This process typically completes several times a day, remember your PIN is your date of birth entered in a six digit number.

- Complete Orientation
- Take the Placement Test
- Speak with an Advisor
- Send your previous college transcripts if you plan on earning a degree or certificate here at EvCC. View more information on Transcripts
- Submit your FAFSA, Free Application for Federal Student Aid
International Student are unable to apply online. Contact our International Student office or access the International Student Application
If you are under 18 and will not be graduating soon from high school or earning a GED, refer to Teens in College.
