University Transfer Fair

If you are thinking of transferring to a 4-year university and wish to earn a bachelor’s degree, this fair is for you!

You don’t have to travel far to meet and talk to the university admissions representatives! You can find out the admissions requirements, scholarship information, housing, and more right here at EvCC. We will have over 70 university reps coming all the way from Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Indiana, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington and more.

Everett Mountain Rescue- Hiking Safety: Secrets of Search & Rescue

An interactive slide show/discussion with opportunities for questions from the audience from experienced local climber and hiker Guy Mansfield, Ph.D. Guy has been active in the Everett Mountain Rescue since 2008. He's the lead Wilderness Navigation instructor of Snohomish County volunteer Search and Rescue, and has presented at both state and national SAR conferences. Topics include: risk-awareness/ being better prepared/ what to do if lost/ and assessing natural hazards in the Pacific Northwest.Target audience is both novice and experienced hikers.

International Club Grad Night

This event will honor and recognize international students who have reached crossroads and demonstarated outstanding achievements. There will be Awards of Certification given out as well as a performance. Dinner will cost $5. The International Club promotes friendship among international students and the college community by sharing customs, ideologies and cultural diversity.

A representative from the University of Washington, Bothell will be in the lobby of GWH from 11am-1pm on Tuesday, May 16. Please feel free to stop by and ask questions about transferring.

Drive In Movie: Fantastic Beasts & Where to Find Them

A movie for EvCC students, rain or shine. The movie is Fantastic Beasts & Where to Find Them, a spinoff Harry Potter movie with whimsical and magical creatures. Admission is FREE for EvCC students and groups with one EvCC student ID or event ticket. This event is family friendly and all proceeds from concessions will go to EvCC athletics!
