Welcome to the Student Kiosk
Once you enter the Kiosk, you will be able to see class openings, register, check your schedule, see your grades, change your PIN and more. Before you enter the Kiosk, please be sure you are familiar with our enrollment policies and procedures, particularly payment policies and deadlines.
Please scroll down to read notices (really helpful hints) that may affect your enrollment, then enter the:
Looking to pay by Credit Card online? Go to the Credit Card Payment
The following friendly hints are given because we are aware of how many students are unaware of these tricky items. Spare yourself (and us!) the aggravation that follows ignoring the hints below....
Wise students doublecheck their registration status after they have completed their online transaction. Click Submit or Finish, depending on the screen you are in. Then, re-enter the student kiosk and look at your Student Schedule. Make sure the classes are correct, and that you understand what fees are owing, if any. Questions? Call 425-388-9208 or 9210 or 9357.
If you are repeating a course to earn a better grade, you must immediately submit a "course repeat" card to the Enrollment Services Office. This must be done during the quarter in which you are repeating the class. Only grades of A, B, C, D, or E can be changed with a repeat card.
Some courses are offered for variable credit. For example, ENGL 090 can be taken for 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 credits. If you use online registration, you can select the course, see that you have been able to get a seat, and then press the button to "change credits" to the true amount of credit you want.
If you use online registration through the Student Kiosk, you will see an opportunity to check "audit". BEWARE! An audit means you wish to register and pay for the class, but NOT receive credit or a grade. Most students do not want to audit a class, so be careful to avoid checking "audit", which shows as an "N" on your schedule, unless you are sure you do not want to receive credit. And again, if you register for a class and choose to audit that class, the tuition and fees are the same.
You may be offered the opportunity to place your name on the waitlist of a full course. If you do so, you may be notified that you are enrolled if a space opens up prior to the start of the quarter, and you would need to pay the tuition immediately. If a space does not open up, you would need to go to the first class and speak with the instructor to determine if there is a space available. See Waitlist. Please note: online classes generally do not maintain a waitlist.
Student Pin
Your Student PIN grants you access into the Student Kiosk and registration. Your PIN number is usually your birth date (Month, day, year in the following format: "mmddyy") as six digits. We strongly urge you to change your PIN number to a secret number known only to you. (Enter the Student Kiosk
and choose "Student PIN Change" from the menu on the left menu.)
Double check your address! If your address is incorrect on the screen, you may correct it, or call us at 425-388-9208. If your address is incorrect you will not receive important notifications from us.
Remember to pay your tuition by the deadline. You can pay by credit card! If you register and do not pay, the College will either bill you or drop you from the class. If you register and decide NOT to go to class, you must formally drop the class. Please, never assume that anyone at the College will drop you for non-attendance or non-payment.
If for some reason you are unable to register, or uncertain of your application or registration status, you can check out the information about dropping and withdrawing on the registration page, or call 425-388-9208 or 9210. We are happy to help you.
