The EvCC Maintenance Department oversees the repair and maintenance of the campus' nearly 800,000 square feet of interior and exterior building square footage.
The Grounds Crew is responsible for maintaining the the campus landscaping by mowing and weeding, growing and planting flowers, removing leaves and other debris for composting, as well as supporting the health of EvCC's many stately trees.
The Custodial Crew reliably cleans the campus on a daily basis - inside and out! Recycling, collecting trash, sanitizing and general housekeeping are all part of a night's work for EvCC's custodians. As a part of the campus' sustainability initiative, EvCC is committed to using environmentally friendly products and protecting indoor (and outdoor) air quality.
