Student and Community Computer Labs
We have both an open computer lab for students at the Lake Tye Building and a free computer lab for any East County resident at Park Place Middle School.
Student Computer Lab
Location: Lake Tye Building, 14090 Fryelands Blvd. SE in Monroe, Room 295
Hours: Monday-Thursday: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Friday-Sunday: closed
The East County Campus offers an open computer lab for all EvCC students. Our student lab is staffed with a trained lab technician who is available to assist you.
During computer lab hours, you are able to work on class assignments, do research, and access the Student Kiosk, Financial Aid Portal and more. You are welcome to bring your own laptop, and the East County Campus has laptops available to sign out and use within the lab. You may print assignments; we ask that you limit printing to 10 pages.
Placement testing for new students takes place in this lab. We also have a Writing Center in the lab where students have access to many resources.
