Receiving Your Aid

Eligible applicants will be sent an email when awarded. The awards may be seen on your Financial Aid Portal. The award will indicate the kind of aid and the amount awarded from each funding program.

Applicants who meet the deadline will receive funding consideration and will receive their award notices on a rolling basis. Applications received after the deadline will receive notification as soon as time permits and on a funds available basis. If you do not meet our quarterly deadline, there is no guarantee that your financial aid file will be reviewed prior to the end of the quarter. This may affect your request for loans as well, since one-quarter loans must be certified prior to the last published date of the quarter.

Please note that U.S. Bank checks expire in 60 days. Financial Aid checks will be mailed to your current mailing address on file with the Enrollment Services Office. For checks, it is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the address on file with Enrollment Services, as EvCC is not responsible for checks not received by the student.
