What is an employment facilitator?

An employment facilitator is an education and career specialist who assists, coaches, and empowers you to reach your goals.

How can an employment facilitator help me?

The employment facilitator will help you get started with the college, provide support to ensure classroom success and assist the transition to employment.

  • During your education: Facilitators provide job readiness support and resources through classroom visits and one-on-one meetings.
  • Transition to employment: Facilitators help with resume preparation, mock interviews, job leads and employer connections.

How do I connect with an employment facilitator?

Call, email or stop by the employment facilitator office in AMTEC 115. Contact an employment facilitator from the side bar list.

Where do graduates find jobs?

With over 200 manufacturing employers in Snohomish county, there are many companies who hire graduates. Check out this list of typical aerospace and advanced manufacturing employers who have partnered with AMTEC programs and/or hired graduates.

Are you an employer?

EvCC’s advanced manufacturing programs and the Corporate & Continuing Education Center are always looking to strengthen relationships with local employers.
