EvCC swaps land with Providence Everett Medical Center, plans to build new gym

EvCC and Providence Everett Medical Center (PEMC) reached an agreement in November 2006 that will provide the college with property for a new gym and athletic facility.

Women's Talking Circle to discuss 'law of attraction'

The Wednesday Wonderful Women’s (WWW) Talking Circle meets every second Wednesday of the month at the Women’s Lounge, located in EvCC’s Cultural Diversity & Equity Center in the Parks Building. “[Its goal is] to provide a safe space for healing and lively conversation on a predetermined topic such as love, presence, enlightenment,” says Laura Hedges, the Women’s Services manager at EvCC.

Answer: First, get the facts. Be careful on whose advice you take and do not self-advise. Too many students self-advise themselves out of applying for their top choice or sometimes even applying at all.  It’s not all about your GPA – grade point average.
