Welcome to Business, North and East County Division. 
The Business, North and East County Division is a cluster of educational opportunities that combine career focus with local convenience.
The Division is the “home” to transfer and employment-focused workplace preparation for business, accounting, economics, business technology, computing, computer literacy and cosmetology. WE make it easy for individuals across Snohomish County to take advantage of the programs.
Division offices are located on EvCC’s main campus in North Everett. Site-based placement and enrollment assistance is also waiting for you at our East County Campus in Monroe. Whether you to begin your educational journey on the main campus or at one of our community sites, our staff is excited to meet you. We are very proud to offer our students opportunities through e-Learning as well as our off campus locations which include our East County Campus and our School of Cosmetology, located in Marysville, and Tulalip Tribal Court. We encourage students to refer to the college schedule for the location of classes.
The East County Campus located in Monroe is growing in both courses offered and students discovering all that the East County location has to offer. We offer day and evening classes and have classes that are held at Monroe High School, Park Place Middle School and Snohomish High School. The East County Campus has also expanded services including: increased testing times for placement testing and GED testing, increased course offerings and advising services. The BNEC Division is also the connection point for high school vocational students interested in Tech Prep, a dual-credit pathway program and is administered through our East County Campus location.
