Apply for Admission
The earlier the better. Applications are accepted online, you will find it a smooth and expedited process to apply to EvCC Online!. When you apply online, your letter of admission, Student Identification Number (SID) and PIN will be sent to you electronically, so it is important to provide a current email address. Once you have received your admission information, you will be able to begin your next steps right away.
Apply for Financial Aid
Fill out your free application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online as soon as you can. 
Take the Placement Test
EvCC requires all new and returning students to complete placement testing. The placement test is offered at the East County Campus on a weekly basis. Typically we will accommodate testers during our Open Lab hours Monday through Thursday 10a.m. to 6p.m., with testing check-in no later than 3p.m. on each day. Please make sure you bring your Student Identification Number (SID) with you when you sign in for testing. If you do not have an SID, please contact Enrollment Services or you can look this number up through the Student Kiosk. See the testing schedule in Monroe and the testing schedule in Everett, you will notice we have expanded our accommodations for testing.
Complete Orientation
All new students must complete Mandatory Orientation before you are eligible to register for classes. The orientation is available online. If you need special accommodations, please email Jan Beatty-Adams or call 425-259-8731.

Educational planners know which classes you need to take to make the most of your time and money, and to help you accomplish your educational goals. To set up a meeting in Monroe, call 425-259-8732.
Register for Classes
After completing testing and orientation, you can use your Student ID Number and PIN to register online or in person at the East County Campus, 14090 Fryelands Blvd. SE Suite 373 in Monroe.
Pay your Tuition and Fees
You may pay online or at the East County Campus during our regular business hours 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Arrange for Transportation and/or Parking
Parking is free at the East County Campus. Community Transit route 270/271/275 has a stop a couple blocks away. Check www.commtrans.org for the bus schedule.
Buy your Books
Visit the EvCC Bookstore in the Parks Student Union, located at the main campus in Everett, or buy your books online.
