The Northwest Language Center (NLC) at Everett Community College is dedicated to providing high-quality instruction and other world-languages services to individuals of all ages. As Snohomish County's #1 resource for language and cross-cultural training, the NLC offers:
- a wide variety of language classes at the elementary, intermediate and advanced levels
- customized on-site (at your place of business) language fast-track Spanish language training for occupational purposes using the Command Spanish® methodology
- conversational and travel classes for adults at the EvCC campus
- children's classes at local elementary schools
- cooking classes
- study-abroad programs in Germany, Spain and Mexico
- translation and interpretation referral services
- educational and entertaining cultural events, such as our Paella and Flamenco Festival
