The East County Campus is open in the late afternoon and evenings. GED preparation and ESL classes are held at Park Place Middle School on a quarterly basis all year. High School Diploma classes meet fall, winter and spring quarters. College classes are offered during fall, winter and spring quarters at Monroe High School.

University Transfer Program
College-ready students can earn the Associate of Arts and Science – Option II degree through courses in Monroe. This degree meets the lower-division general education requirements of most colleges and universities in Washington. Please consult the AAS-Option II Transfer curriculum guide. Also, talk with an advisor about your university transfer plans. Enrollment Services provides advising meetings each quarter at Monroe, and is available at admissions@everettcc.edu.
Running Start program
High school juniors and seniors: If you are eligible for the Running Start program, you can take some or all of your college classes in Monroe. English as a Second Language (ESL) Classes

Monroe ESL classes meet Tuesday and Thursday, 6:00 – 8:50 p.m, at Park Place Middle School, Room A-4, 1408 West Main Street, Monroe, Washington. NOTE: No summer quarter classes will be held in Sultan this year.

English as a Second Language classes are $25 per quarter or free depending on your income and family size.

Program Pathways
Courses in Monroe can lead to an Associate Degree in General Studies
for persons interested in a general program of study. Many of the courses may transfer to a university, depending upon your goals. The General Studies Degree is outlined in a curriculum guide

GED and High School Diploma: Earn your high school diploma, prepare for the GED, or improve English and/or math skills in these classes which meet in Monroe at Park Place Middle School. High School Diploma classes, which meet fall, winter and spring quarters, are available at reduced tuition for adults 19 years or older and at full resident tuition for students 16-18 years old. GED classes meet fall, winter, spring and summer quarters. The cost for GED classes is $26 per quarter, however some indivuduals may qualify to take the classes at no cost.
