Math Anxiety Workshop - Managing the Mean Math Blues:
Many of us experience feelings of panic when we hear the word math! We study, do the homework, take good notes, but it all seems to evaporate the moment we walk into the classroom, or worse yet, during the exam! How can we avoid falling into these traps? In the workshops we will share techniques to help reduce your anxiety and build strategies for success in math.
