The Diversity and Equity Center provides programs and services to recruit, retain, and graduate students of color, re-entry women, and LGBT students. In addition, the Center serves as a campus resource on diversity and coordinates institutional diversity initiatives.

The mission of the Diversity and Equity Center is to ADVOCATE for the academic success of our students; EDUCATE our campus and community about diversity; and CELEBRATE our differences.
The objectives of the Center are to:
- Recruit and retain ethnic, women, and LGBTQA student populations;
- Educate and enrich the campus community to value cultural and gender differences; and,
- Develop and strengthen community partnerships with Everett Community College.
