Childcare Rates 2012 - 2013The Early Learning Center offers childcare for children 12 months through pre-K. EvCC students taking 3 or more credits are eligible for reduced rates, and have priority registration. Students that are eligible for Pell Grants may receive further reductions through the CCAMPIS grant. We offer free ECEAP preschool to eligible families with 4 to 5 year olds. Rates are determined by Preschool or Toddler Program, and are contracted per academic quarter. A non-refundable registration fee of $50 per child is due upon initial registration, then annually with fall registration. All fees must be paid by the 25th of the month prior to care, and are payable at the Cashier’s Office in the Parks Building or on-line using the EvCC Student Kiosk. A $25.00 Late Fee will be charged to all outstanding accounts. *ECEAP (Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program) is a free program that provides preschool and family support services. Families who are income eligible, have foster children or are TANF recipients and are enrolling children who are 4 years old by 8/31/2012 may qualify. Student Rates Student rates apply to EvCC students that are enrolled in a minimum of 3 credits at Everett Community College. Classes taken through Corporate and Continuing Education, University Center and EvCC employees do not qualify for student rates. The ELC follows the EvCC academic calendar; monthly rates will be prorated in September, December, March and June. Monthly Community Rates
