Joann Ashlock, the Director of Student Activities, is responsible for the overall operation of Student Activities, Programs and Services, which includes Student Government, Student Programs Board, Publicity Services, Student Activities Service Center, Student Activities Office management, clubs and organizations.
Joann is the direct advisor for the ASB Student Government: ASB Student Senate and Executive Council. She is also responsible for the development, expenditures and revenues for the Services and Activities (S & A) Fees Budget in compliance with the ASB Financial Code.
As Director, Joann, is also responsible for the administrative direction, supervision, support and leadership for Athletics and Intramurals.
Educational Experience: AA, BA, MA, and M.Ed.
Joann has twenty years professional experience in Student Activities and Programs.
Jennifer Rhodes

Jennifer is responsible for program and event development in Student Activities, as well as overseeing the management of The Paperclip and the advertising and marketing activities of Publicity Services.
As Student Programs Board Advisor, Jennifer advises, supervises, and directs the work of six board members in programming concerts, fine arts, special events, health/wellness topics and programs, Brown Bag lecture series, Artist & Lecture Series, The Paperclip, and recreation programs.
Jennifer also advises, supervises and directs the operation and approximately 10-12 student staff of the Paperclip, located in the heart of the Parks Student Union. The Paperclip provides referral services, student and staff photo ID, locker rental, fax service, and short term use computer stations..
Lastly, Jennifer advises, supervises and directs the work of Student Activities Publicity Services. Publicity Services consists of one student and one staff graphic designer and two student publicity specialists. Publicity Services produces all promotional and informational materials for Student Activities such as banners, posters, flyers, brochures and other forms of publicity.

Jennifer has twelve years professional experience in Student Services. This includes ten years experience in Student Activities and Programs, one year in Counseling and Advising at Everett Community College, and one year of experience in Admissions/Counseling & Advising at Edmonds Community College.
Lindsay Hudson

Lindsay Hudson is responsible for the office management of Student Activities Office including advising, supervising, and directing the work of the Student Activities Office Assistants and the day to day operation of the Student Activities Office. Lindsay and the Assistants provide not only receptionist duties including referral services, emergency messages to students, and office management but also assist in the promotion of events and activities on campus.
As the Club Resource and Budget Manager, Lindsay coordinates the 30+ chartered EvCC Clubs and Organizations, which includes providing club orientations to student club members and faculty advisors, advising on state policies and procedures, event programming, budgeting of club funds, club travel/purchasing and acts as co-advisor at Club Council meetings.
Lindsay also manages, monitors, maintains and initiates corrective action for the S & A Fees Budgets (approx. 80 budgets). Working closely with the Director of Student Activities, Lindsay makes recommendations regarding the authorization of expenses and revenue collection, works closely with the college's Administrative Services (business office) and is a key resource person for the S & A Fees Budget Committee.
Finally, as the Web Content Editor for Student Activities and Programs, Lindsay is responsible for ensuring that the SAO web pages are current and accurate.

Lindsay has seven years professional experience in Student Services. This includes four years experience in the Center for Disability Services at EvCC and three years in the Disability Services Office at Shoreline Community College.
