Looking to Buy/Sell/Trade Textbooks??

Click here to go to The EvCC Electronic Buy/Sell Board

This site above is provided as a convenience for students of Everett Community College to be able to buy and sell textbooks and other class-related materials to one another.  Non-class related items or other merchandise is not allowed for sale.  If you are unsure of whether or not an item can be sold, please contact us at studentactivities@everettcc.edu or visit Student Activities.

Note that this website is not set up to send and receive payments for items.  It is the responsibility of the buyer and seller to arrange payment for and pickup of any items sold.  It is the seller's responsibility to update their listing once an item has been sold or if they decide to no longer sell the item.

We strongly encourage all users to arrange to meet in a public place for exchange of items and payment.  We recommend against mailing items or payments or performing any kind of online purchases in connection with this site.  We have several public areas available at the college, including the Parks café, Student Activities, and open areas in various buildings on campus.

Users who violate the rules and/or intent of this board will be removed and prohibited from creating an account in the future.

Use of this website is governed by Everett Community College's website and internet policies. For more information about these policies, please visit the following links:

The Senate has a standing committee regarding textbook alternatives with the goal of finding/promoting ways for students to save money on books. This committee talks to numerous students and have been promoting things such as open source textbooks to faculty, textbook rentals. This is the group that researched the different website options for the buy/sell board.

The textbook alternatives student committee is always looking for new members. You can get involved by contacting the EvCC ASB President at asbpres@everettcc.edu.
