Don McCasland, Regional Program Manager for Chesterfield Health Services, Inc. was looking for training for his supervisors – interactive and industry-specific training, not just learning from a book. He contacted EvCC’s Corporate & Continuing Education Center, which custom-designed and delivered a training program for Chesterfield Health’s 10 Washington offices. The training included interactive experiences and case study discussions, which helped supervisors improve their communication skills.

Don's case was unique in that he needed a series of trainings throughout the year for offices in both eastern and western Washington State.  To save on travel costs for eastern Washington trainings, we recruited trainers who lived within short driving distance of Chesterfield’s eastern Washington offices,” explains John Bonner, Executive Director—Corporate & Continuing Education Center.
