Application and Registration Information

Enroll in the CTE Dual Credit (CTE) Program!

Enrollment periods for CTE students:

  • Spring 2026 (first semester, second semester, and yearlong classes)

Students must apply (Step 2), register (Step 4), pay (Step 5), AND earn a grade of C or higher (Step 6) for their CTE Dual Credit eligible class(es) to earn the college credit. View our 2025-26 CTE Dual Credit Important Dates and Deadlines for the CTE Dual Credit timeline.

A permanent EvCC transcript will be created for students who register for their CTE Dual Credit classes.

Create an Application Account

Begin applying for admissions using the Online Admission Application Portal (OAAP). Follow our How to Create an OAAP Account - CTE guide (Google Slides) 

Only apply if you meet one of the following criteria:

  • You have never applied to EvCC.
  • You do NOT have a ctcLink ID number.
  • You have a ctcLink ID number, BUT it is from a different community college or institution.
  • You have NOT applied or registered for classes in the last 12 months.

If you do not need to reapply, go to step 3.

Are you a part of College in the High School or Running Start already? Please fill out the EvCC Dual Credit Update Form to update your account for CTE Dual Credit. Do not reapply.

Apply - Submit an Application

Application opens January 20, 2026 for Spring Quarter.

  • Please note, applications can take 5-7 business days to process. An email will be sent to the email address on file once your application is processed.
  • Don’t forget to check your email for your acceptance letter! This letter will include your ctcLink ID number (Student ID number).

Step 3

Activate Your ctcLink Account

You need to activate your ctcLink account before you can register for classes.

Step 4

Register - Sign Up for CTE Classes

Registration opens February 24, 2026, for Spring Quarter.

Our 2025-26 CTE Dual Credit Class Spreadsheet will be posted here at a later date. 

Registering for more than 20 credits? 

  • Students can register for a maximum of 20 credits. 
  • Register for any Running Start classes you may have first, as these classes will fill up.
  • Once you have registered for the maximum amount of credits the system will allow, then you can sign up for your remaining classes by filling out our EvCC Dual Credit Maximum Credit Form. The form will be posted here at a later date.

Step 5

Pay the Fee

The first day to pay the $50 Administrative Fee is May 8, 2026.

Other Payment Options:

  • Pay over the phone with the Cashier’s Office at 425-388-9225.
  • Pay in-person at the Cashier’s Office in Parks Student Union (PSU), room 201.
  • Mail a check or money order to the below address:

Fee Waiver:

This payment is non-refundable regardless of the grade student’s receive.

Step 6

Earn a Grade of C or Higher

In order to receive credit students must earn a grade of C or higher. Students who earn a C- or below will NOT receive college credit.
