Application and Registration Information
Enroll in the CTE Dual Credit (CTE) Program!
Enrollment periods for CTE students:
- Spring 2026 (first semester, second semester, and yearlong classes)
Students must apply (Step 2), register (Step 4), pay (Step 5), AND earn a grade of C or higher (Step 6) for their CTE Dual Credit eligible class(es) to earn the college credit. View our 2025-26 CTE Dual Credit Important Dates and Deadlines for the CTE Dual Credit timeline.
A permanent EvCC transcript will be created for students who register for their CTE Dual Credit classes.

Create an Application AccountBegin applying for admissions using the Online Admission Application Portal (OAAP). Follow our How to Create an OAAP Account - CTE guide (Google Slides) Only apply if you meet one of the following criteria:
If you do not need to reapply, go to step 3. Are you a part of College in the High School or Running Start already? Please fill out the EvCC Dual Credit Update Form to update your account for CTE Dual Credit. Do not reapply. |

Pay the FeeThe first day to pay the $50 Administrative Fee is May 8, 2026. Check with your school to see if you are a self-paying student. Self-paying students can follow our How to Make Payment in ctcLink guide. Other Payment Options:

This payment is non-refundable regardless of the grade student’s receive. |

Earn a Grade of C or HigherIn order to receive credit students must earn a grade of C or higher. Students who earn a C- or below will NOT receive college credit. |
