Youth Re-Engagement (U-3) is a dual credit program for youth age 16-21 who have dropped out of high school. U3 provides an opportunity for youth to earn a college degree and a high school diploma. The Volunteer Literacy Program trains volunteers to tutor students in basic reading, writing, math, English language and communication skills. The I-BEST program pairs English as a second language and adult basic education instructors with professional-technical instructors in the classroom to provide students with literacy education and workforce skills at the same time.
