Transitional Studies - Basic Skills

Fall Quarter classes begin on September 18, 2017

We offer low-tuition classes for students whose basic reading, writing, and math skills are below ninth-grade level. These classes build basic skills that eventually lead to high school equivalency. All students must take a placement test to determine what level they need to begin their studies. Learn basic reading, writing and math.

In order to take classes, you must sign up and attend one of our Orientations and CASAS Assessments. Please check back after November 1st for orientation dates in December to sign up for the Winter Quarter classes.

If you have any questions, you may e-mail us at or call us at 425-388-9339 if you prefer to speak to someone over the phone.
