As an artist, I strive to create pieces that leave a lasting impression. Perhaps that is why the Impressionist movement is one of my favorite art movements. Whenever I look at a Van Gogh painting, I always discover something new and exciting in the fluid lines of his work. His paintings have definitely left a lasting 'impression' in my soul.
