As a veteran myself I felt it was necessary to construct this mural; “Veteran’s Peace”. This photographic composite was constructed to shed light onto the nearly 112,000 veterans, that’s 22 daily, that have committed suicide since 2001. A single photograph of a G.I. Joe was composited into a Banksy, the British street artist, piece known as “Bird, Soldier, Peace”. This project is dedicated to the veterans that have served this country and their families.
