System & Network Outages

Web and Intranet Applications Outage - Dec 18-19, 2015

The EvCC IT Web, Data and Development team will be updating our servers during the Quarter Break on Friday, December 18 between 10:30pm and 5:30am December 19th. During this maintenance window, users may experience timeouts or maintenance notifications.  We apologize for any inconvenience while we complete this scheduled maintenance and thank you for your patience.

    • Athletics Recruiting 
    • Campus Tour
    • Conference Services Survey
    • RegBlock (regblock.everettcc.edu)
    • Fitpass
    • HR Wall of Thanks
    • MyEvCC Student Portal
    • NWAC Athlete of the week
    • Password Reset
    • Student Orientation
    • QFlow / Wait Times
  • Other websites
    • Intranet
    • TLR

Network / Phone / Web Outage - Nov. 27-29, 2015

EVCC phone and network services will be interrupted (while IT performs some needed upgrades to our systems) briefly but repeatedly throughout the 24 hour maintenance windows on Friday 11/27/15, Saturday 11/28/15 and Sunday 11/29/15. Every effort will be taken to minimize service impacts resulting from this activity.

The effected systems include:

  • Phones
  • Some Intranet and Public Web Site applications including MyEvCC, Password Reset, PAM
  • File services (H,G,S drive access)
  • Login services
  • Remote access services
