Movie On The Lawn: Ferris Bueller's Day Off

Come celebrate the end of the quarter with a fun and nostalgic night under the stars! The Trojan Activities Board invites you to an outdoor screening of Ferris Bueller’s Day Off on May 30th on Index Lawn! The film follows Ferris, a charming high school senior who fakes being sick to skip school and sets out on an epic adventure through Chicago with his best friend Cameron and girlfriend Sloane. Along the way, they explore museums, crash a parade, and try to stay one step ahead of Ferris’s suspicious principal.

The evening kicks off with lawn games starting at 7:00 PM. Then, as the sun goes down, the movie begins at 9:30 PM. During the film, enjoy free kettle corn and drinks - perfect for settling in and watching Ferris work his magic in one unforgettable day of freedom.

Whether you're a longtime fan or seeing it for the first time, this is the perfect way to relax, connect with others, and close out the spring quarter with some well-earned laughs!

Admission is free and everyone is welcome, so bring your blankets, lawn chairs, and your favorite people! A limited number of lawn chairs are available to borrow if you don’t have your own.
